Hi, I got alloted with 12 shares as against 72 applied for. I got to know this based on my refund amount. Its strange to understand that i didnt get any refund yet for my GBN, where allotment is officialy out. Interestingly, registrar for both these issues is same.
Allocation is being too much delayed for reasons best known to the companies concerned. Hithertofore, in most of the cases, the result of allocation was normally announced within 10-12 days after the closing of subscription. I think SEBI/Stock Exchanges should make it obligatory on the part of the companies issuing IPOs to announce the result of allocation within a specified period positively. Further, after a week of the closing date, they should notify the date on which the result will be announced. It should be possible for them to know in a week's time how much more time they would need to finalise the allocation. Thus the investors would not be in the dark.
Retail is oversubscribed by 12.39 times means those who have applied for more then 100 shares will atleast get 12 shares..and those who have applied for 100000 may get upto 20-25 shares.
FIIs have subsribed 17 times already.. 1 more day to go...sure shot to exceed 30 times..kidar se paise lawoon baba......applied for GBN also.. dont think will get any allotment there... and now in akruti there is heavy demand......many more good IPOs in pipeline.....hmmm......interesting times ahead...
