Lot of confusion in applying FF. DILIP DAVDA Sir AVOID Rating. HEM is LM. Inconsistent Financials. Promotion like massages by NEW members. likely to be heavily subscribed due to unblock of Funds from Viral and Beacon. Decide by 1.00 PM on Monday taking the subscription figures of QIB and HNI.

So many fake positive comments by new members!!

I am seeing a lot of messages from IPO investors across all the IPO message boards for the non-allotment of shares. The majority are trying their luck by applying simply on the permutations and combinations basis. Few are applying based on some unknown strategies. Few are blaming registrars for the non-allotment. Few are depending on luck in the ocean.

Please understand that the perm and combinations nor strategies will never work, or luck will not favor you. Simply dumping either small money or huge money will also not work. Due to this fact, we are seeing huge subscriptions these days, only to increase the low allotment chances. Thus, the majority of the investors are disappointed with no allotments.

The crux of getting allotment lies in having immense knowledge of the ALLOTMENT PROCESS, and unless one knows how allotment dynamics work, I would say it's a mere waste of time, energy, and the ultimate loss of interest on the investment besides disappointment. Otherwise, one needs an EXCEPTIONAL LUCK to get an allotment with a relatively small investment, that too once in a while, but it doesn't mean that dumping huge money will also get an allotment.

All I would say is to sit back, invest time, understand the allotment process, learn from the experience, and then start applying to see allotment coming to your doorstep.

I am writing this message after getting 90% immense success in allotments in almost all IPOs under the HNI category since Jan 2024, which has helped me to amass fortunes running into huge money with the hefty premium sale, working against a preset target.

I wish you the best of luck in acquiring the right knowledge to be successful in every game.

Revenue and PAT Dropped in 2022, and suddenly rose in 2023 which gives rise to speculation, Already blocked funds with many other IPO so will give a miss to this. However keeping in mind the size of issue, better chances of allotment. Best of luck to board members here who are applying. Hoping positive listing for sure!

So much variance in revenue/profits

2021 - Profit
2022 - Revenue half of 2021, Loss Reported
2023 - Revenue 3 times, profit 4 times

Not getting positive vibes

No adjustment or exceptional item, the only reason given for the losses is COIVD 19 and its after effects. @Dhiraj Ramchandani

The covid disrupted their North America sales, while they continued buying material at high prices (due to shortage of chips, material cost escalated). Company's inventory management too is one of worst., if they do not take care of it, they will keep on under performing.

Moreover, not doubting skill sets of a person, but its CFO is a commerce post graduate. Surely, person would be enough experienced (19 years, they claim, but also of age just 37 years). So, financials pe confidence nahi baith raha ab. I understand, this all is audited yearly by qualified CAs, but their CA appointment too are keep on changing.

Anyways, will invest some more time over weekend and see if this is worth to block funds.

I believe @Admin @ Chittorgarh.com has key role to play here. As requested by most of the old members, not to allow New Member have any activity on the forum, they should be just able to login and monitor comments/reviews, etc. Critical things like rating/review should not be allowed to new members at all.
