ISEC continues to be in the league of discount brokers in sheer volume.

When cms filed RHP on 14/12/21 they mentioned AGS as an unlisted peer.But AGS filed RHP on 11/01/22 mentioning that there is no listed peers.Why AGS has not mentioned CMS(listing date 31/12/21) as a listed peer?Opinions are welcome.

Apart from the reasons mentioned above, If they put CMS as their peer, it would look bad for them because ags margins are pathetic and the business is in a very bad shape.

166 -175 is the price band with 85 lot size.

At 160 today - seems some pressure

Hello All, while the data looks good, the ground level reality may be different. The sources have been updated that the company has not paid salaries to employees for 6 to 8 months and all are waiting for Public money to be credited. On paper and ground reality to be checked before investing. Their OEMs are now directly in India and the governance seems to be very weak. The debt of 1100 cr against the turnover of approx 15-1600cr is a big factor to avoid this OFS.

As per information in Chittorgarh Forum, it is a 100% OFS issue. Not raising any fresh capital to use in the business. Main purpose of this IPO is to get its share listed in Exchanges.

Please refer ''OBJECTS OF THE OFFER''. 650 crores will be used to retire debt of the company.

Financial is not so much attractive , revenue decreases YOY.
I will not apply in this IPO.
