But at cutoff it subscibed 1.75 crore shares so that three times only for those who applied at the price of rs.22. The allotment ratio shsll be 3:1. Am i right?

At cutoff so that at the price if rs.22, it subscribed 1.75 crore shares that is 3 times. Other bids are below rs.22, so then they will not get allotment due to oversubscription. So is the allotment ratio is 3:1? Am i right.
Jonam, Can you elaborate why Agro phos looks good. I felt it is very pricy. EPS is 2 rupees for fy16. But they have issued bonus shares in sept/oct 2016. Due to that, eps goes to Rs 0.40/- for EXISTING shareholders. It will go down further post issue. Where as "madhya bharat agro" (recently came for ipo) offered shares @ 5 PE.
Madhya Bharat (SME) is priced at 38/- only i.e. at PE of only about 8 whereas Agro phos is asking for app PE of 11. Both are similar line company. Instead of applying for Agro Phos one should buy MBAPL from NSE. At Rs 22 Agro phos is high priced.
i don''t know whether sme ipo''s are good or bad .....but one thing i want to tell all my friends here is that no matter how good the sme ipo''s are.....but the million dollar question is here where will u get the buyer for these shares.....me and my uncle both invested in some shares, i am in loss and my uncle is in gain but one thing which is good about my shares is if i want to sell them i can by just selling 1 rupee below current price but my uncle cant sell even below 50rupees from current price......so if by luck any one of u stuck in these shares and some day u get out dont ever try to buy these shares even at half the price
@ Pankajjj Before investing in SME ipo you have to study about the products what they are dealing with and also their marketing abilities to do their business. I used to spend 3 hours in reading the prospectus of the company, their profit ratio, cash flow statement etc...before investing in any sme ipo. After that with your risk appetite you can invest. yes I agree that there are some difficulties in selling the sme ipo. But if we follow the procedure its quite easy to handle.
Amsons and funny software SME ARE TRADING BELOW ITS ISSUE PRICE BEWARE OF SME IPOS. MY AMOUNT 2.4 LAKHS TRAPPED. I DID NOT FIND WAYS TO ESCAPE . I AM SHARING MY REAL EXPERIENCE. PLEASE ..... BEWARE.....BEWARE....BEWARE....
Agree Septaji.. Just look at Aurangabad and Valiant. If you do a little bit of study, and have aptience to wait for the right issue, you can have multibagger returns.
