In ICICI, it's very difficult to apply in IPO l, if you don't have account with Direct. Sometimes, it's impossible, because they won't recognise CDSL demat account.

At present we all are lucky. Anyone can get an allotment. So no need to exercise our mind. Lucky or unlucky will only be decided on allotment day. Till that time enjoy and wait for next IPO. Good luck to all including me.

Applied 28 lots in 16 application and 10 lots each in 2 application

I have also applied one application of 28 lots. That makes it 17 applications. About 5 applications are likely to get one lot each. Not a bad ratio for such heavily subscribed issue.

I hope people have not applied here on name of ADANI GREEN POWER.

Anyone investing in lakhs will read anything 10 times over; thus leaving no scope for any such misreading. Doesn't appear to be logical assumption.

Hype of 'Green'. Reminds me of micro-finance Hype few years ago. Ujjivans/Equitas etc.

The reason for such a huge subscription I.e. about 40 times in retail seems very interesting. There may be various reasons. Before the opening of this IPO that much interest was not seen in this forum. Even today there was a comment that if this portion doesn't subscribe 10 times, don't accept the mandate. But suddenly there started the spike, I feel people got their money unblocked and no other IPO in near future. Apart from this for retailers two lots were available for application. Generally it is only one lot available in retail.This resulted in such a huge subscription. Otherwise in recommendation there was no enthusiasm.

Even the size of IPO is only 5.25 crore, about half the size of last issue. Last issue was subscribed about 11 times. The issue price was also Rs.10.00.

No premium (GMP) activity but Nii oversubscribed more than 100 x .Never seen such a case .Anybody can explain?

No reason.. bas sab kama gaye mai reh jauga soch ke.. mostly apply kerte...
