There are many negative points to skip this IPO.
1)Low Subscription at last day - around 3 Times over all
2)NSE platform not a single lot applied by MF/FII or Domestic institution
3)23% of IPO fund used for IPO management
4)Not a Manufacturer but trader/Wholesaler
5)Only for couple of day this stock GMP in positive else in negative
6)IPO share price costly

As of Now Poor Response under HNI.
GMP is 0

Finally Applied 3 retail will increase more according to subscription .Just want to take risk if 1 lot allotment.

Sent 3 retail applns. To bank for ASBA. Applied.Risk Taken.

Sir in my views risk appetite is also there if u are a risk taker than u can apply. As we all know sometimes there is heavy risk in SMEs.

Although I am comfortable with the financials of the company and the team managing IPO. However I am personally skiiping it as the money flow in grey market is not that encouraging. I peronally dont like to risk my capital only on the basis of financials. There has to be some institutional support in grey market.

I have gone through various messages shared by fellow members.....have also seen the financials......

Company is going to get more than 7 crs as premium. Even after making issue expenses of 24% of issue size, the promoters are not going to loose even a single rupee. Is there any rule for issue expenses and violated by the Company? Why SEBI may ask the company for these expenses, unless there is any rule ? Even after listing, the company promoters may gain more.
If not satisfied, I think one should not apply and if applied and got allotment, which is not so easy to get, book profit/loss on listing.
Why to apply in each and every SME? Is there any rule for investors by SEBI to apply in all issues. Leave it and have a nice sleep.
SLEEP AND LET OTHERS SLEEP.

Glass business is promising, scalable. Company promoters are quite experienced in this field, company having good revenue, and good profit margins. Applying with decent force.

So many msgs in favour and against. Not applying but interesting or rather excited to see how it lists.

1. Trading Business is not Good for Long term.
2. Some Red flags just as High Issue Expenses Debt etc makes an avoid.

There is huge difference of opinion amongst members with regard to this sme.
More importantly, serious questions/issues have been raised here with regard to fundamentals and work culture of the company.
I have been reading comments of @Arjun Rajkot for so long and have been benefited a lot in past from his expertise. I take his comments quite seriously. The question is why would he discourage us and what benefit he will get by posting against any company.
I don't find reasons to take risk here unless Gurus recommend.

@ArjunRajkot had you gone through RHP of Pritika ? it gave good returns.
In that IPO also Issue related expenses were 1.85crore (19.64%) of the total issue of 9.41crore.

You are senior member, can you please explain why you didn't raise questions in Pritika where also 19.64% of the issue size were used as issue expenses and same LM -GYR Capital and Market Maker SMC Global ?
