Very well reasoned advise. But, we will have to consider that there are only about 500 Companies worth investing and either the script falls or rises, there is no alternative except to buy, if you want to be in market.

I dont think so. F ministry wont let that happen. Their target of disinvestmemt wont be met if it happens. Stay invested.

I will apply in this IpO if Qib subscription excees 35 times and NII Subscription 80 times. Considering market situation it is necessary to have at lease these figures so that onc can assure for positive listing. I am personally expecting good listing gain because of unique business model in India + first mover advantage there will be sure + high entry barrier in this business model + future looks good + financial books if not cooked then it will definitely list with at least 80/120+ premium.

Due to small size this ipo wil be heavily oversubscribe.. so chances of opening in discount is very less... Market condition may affect listing gain but it ll definitely not open in Discount...

In ICICI, if you login with your young star account, you cant apply ASBA online. You can see an error "This feature is currently under maintenance. Request you to visit the nearest ASBA enabled branch to submit your application. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.". But same time, if that young star account got linked with the parent's savings account, you can login into your parent account and apply online ASBA by selecting minor's account. It's a flaw in their online website.

NII expectation is 200x to 250x so minimum 30 to 37.5 lac application to get guaranteed allotment of one lot. Better to apply in RII through RII.
