Guys, मेरी दो भविश्यवाणी सच हुई। पहली लिस्टिंग के दिन ये share १७%उपर होगा। दूसरी anant aggarval जी और mravi ji के सारे share एक या दो सेकंड मे QIB ले जायेंगे।

और तीसरी भविष्यवाणी है की ये share जब तक BSE और NSE रहेगे कभी भी 694/- के नीचे जायेगा ही नहीं। just for fun.. Don't take serious..

Why UC is 10% only
It should be 20% ?

@Stockoholic: 20% was good bcoz price discovery is difficult with this 10% circuits. Even 20% was not ideal but was better.

No doubt company is great and have a wonderful growth story ahead of it but today market is good and it could have easily given another 10% rise. But on Monday if markets play spoilsport then may be it won't give another 10% UC and may consolidate around 750 to 800 price. Rising 20% and losing 2 to 3% is better than rising 10% and losing 2 to 3%.

@Lokesh, it's valuation is now same as that of clean science. However we know the last quarter (few more) results of CS, here we are blind. Real price discovery will be after the results. Meanwhile don't be greedy.

Listing may be between 690-705

Hope doesn't go Venus pipes way. UC on listing day, but then down and down.
But here, as already discussed, free float will be quite less, only 13%. So stock can move heavily on both sides. Circuits can keep on happening.

Free float is mere 7%(at least till Anchor investors Lock-in end)
Promoter Shareholding: 87%
Pre-IPO placement : (104+130)cr i.e 3% lock-in for 6 months.
Anchor investors : 240.6 cr i.e 3% (1.5% lock-in for 30 days and another 1.5% lock-in for 90 days)

At least for next 30 days Free float is mere 7%. If some block deal would have also happened here then it will decrease supply more.

I applied only in retail and I have 10 lots in different accounts.
I didn't apply more because I have equally good quantity of Clean Science and clean is my most preferred bet in speciality chemical sector.
I have 5 lots of Campus too so money was mostly blocked.
No buying in pre-open.
Not sold till now and I will mostly hold for long term (may book some profit once settled).
I am extremely glad that members made money here. All thanks to almighty 🙏🙏🙏

That 'courage' gives great returns on some of the shares holding for long term. few also back fires...(holding ABSMF: 22302 shares...unrealized loss as of today: 64.67 L in a single IPO allotment).. That's how it goes. But still I stick to long term on most of my shares.

Free float is only 10% but Anchor investors hold 3% so available FF is mere 7%.

Honestly both are my favourite with little preference towards clean(as much I read about this company that much I admire this company).
I won't recommend to completely sell Aether because it is equally good company like Clean but if you have entered for short term then you can book some profits on Monday when circuit opens(Not advisable to sell a stock on UC). You can ride this wave as long as it goes up. Free float is very less in this company so I don't think massive supply will come and put pressure on price of this company.
