Out of topic question. Need help. I have accidentally sold my sbi share today which is ex dividend day. If I buy today will I be eligible for dividend as per 26th is the record date? Thanks

Broker is duty bound to execute transfer of such shares in the morning time on settlement day, in such circumstances.

In the instant case, since the settlement is on 27th, transfer of shares would be executed, most probably on 27th morning. Hence, you will get the dividend.

Unless broker fails to his duty, you would definitely get the dividend.

If you are still in doubt, just square off the trade so that it will amount to day trade, and your shares will remain as untouched.

@Admin @Team chittorgarh: This "read more" option can you give after 10-12 lines? now its coming just after 3-4 lines so always we need to click that for normal messages reading too. This implementation was needed mainly for too long messages else 10 to 15 to 20 lines messages were fine.

@Admin @Team chittorgarh... Thanks for implementing these recent major changes... The more you give, the more we ask.... My small suggestions -

1. you have given "Hide Comment" tag after every ~10 messages, but if we click on any, all messages are hidden till last 2. It would be better that if we click on hide button after 10th message, it should hide message only till 10th message, likewise if we clink on Hif at 20th message, it should hide till 20th.
2. Option to delete already posted image, even after 2 hour windows of disabling message, it will save your storage too...

Watch out. Look at price pattern of clean science. Some downturn is happening in specialty chemical sector.
Looking at Clean prices i would rather skip the issue.

Overvalued company. No question it will list below IPO price

Precision metaliks results will be available after market of 28th may.. Board meeting date released.

32.5 was at its issue price.

You are absolutely correct.
My calculation is at issue price i.e @ Rs 542.
After correction at current price i.e@ Rs475 it comes out to be P/E 28.5.

Speciality chemical company have high demand and it can not list in discount at any circumstances. FII will sure come to buy this one.

“ If we annualize FY22 earnings and attribute it to post IPO fully diluted equity capital, then the asking price is at a P/E of 72.30. Thus, based on the financial parameters, the issue is fully priced”

Apologies for miscalculation as I took Pre-Ipo equity shares qty.
Calculation of Dilip Davda sir is absolutely correct FY 22 earning annualised at higher end of price band comes out at 72.3.

Calculation:-
Pre-IPO equity shares Qty : 11.47 crore
Fresh Equity shares issued in IPO: 627cr shares ÷ Rs 642 = 0.9766 crore
Total equity shares post Issue qty : 12.4483 crore
Dec'21 9M PAT = Rs 82.764 crore
FY22 Annualised PAT = 110.352 crore
EPS ( FY 22) = 110.352÷ 12.4483= 8.86
P/E = 642 ÷ 8.86 = 72.4

It's apply for long term portfolio.
Don't board for Listing gain in this uncertain market.
Here good fundamental company like Rainbow can trade in discount and Shit like Delhivery can trade at premium.
Market is supreme and I respect that.

I do not see any negatives other than the price. In this bear market P/E multiples of 65 is slightly costly.

The company is one of the fastest growing specialty chemical company with a CAGR of 60% between 2018-2021. Makes it attractive.

Production capacity of 6000MT. They sell their product to customers in 17 different countries.

Their product is used in pharmaceutical, agrochemical, material science, coating, high-performance photography, additive, and oil and gas industries. They can grow multi fold.

For me it looks interesting and I will invest in bHNI category.

The company is going to add 4000MTPA by 2022 end(+400 crore incremental revenue) and 4500 MTPA by 2023( + 450 crore incremental revenue)
With this expansion topline will be almost 2.5 to 3 times of current sales. This is not aggressive estimates considering their present asset turnover of 2 times( of clean it's 3 times).
Customers of this compan very reputed and they are top notch in their field for example: Divi's Lab, DRL, Aarti , Laurus, IPCA , Cadila, Lupin, Mankind, IOL Chemical, Neogen, Aramco(saudi) etc.

Avoid this high priced IPO. This will also go prudent way. 600 TO 500 in such a short period of time.

Very Good company, but issue price is too high. The way broader market is going on, I don't think you will get listing gain. I think one should buy after listing on good price.

Good to see Employer's participation of54%
on first day itself. There is also no discount for them too. If Employees quota gets fully subscribed which gives further direction for applying this issue. We have 2 more days to decide.
