I don't see any fraud here..the unsubscribed shares in retail quota have been distributed to qib as per the rule..and to talk about 2.82 times subscription, then it must be a typing mistake. The total applicants in QIB are 51 and all the 51 are alloted shares as u can see it is written there..

Same is the case with rainbow too, in rainbow also retail portion was undersubscribed..

Qib 17x was a scam??😂😂😂😂

The Company in consultation with the BRLMs and the Selling Shareholder, have allocated 3,742,495 Equity Shares to 13 Anchor Investors (through 25 Anchor Applications) at the Anchor Investor Offer Price of ` 642 per Equity Share in accordance with the SEBI ICDR Regulations

svh. Please see the above extract of BOA. Anchor applications were 25 and total anchor investors were 13. So no problems there.

Just checked rainbow qib from boa. Final reduced to the extent of 29x from 39x. Scam. From now onward we should ignore this 10x-12x numbers as monster zero number. Today's Fidel IPO was also a scam. Cornered for big players and totally ignored retailers for upi failure.

I don't know why but have a feeling like that this will list like Bandhan bank... That time all retail got full allotment... Grey premium was only little but listed with almost 40% premium... Pasting old chittogarh link...

Bandhan bank me Qib subscription scam nhi hua tha... subscriptions were accurate before but now.... it's total hoax.

5-10 % listing gain expected. May list between 675-700.

It may list with more than a premium of Rs.100 but the actual GMP as of today is 25 to 33.

Shares subah 8 bje aapke dmat me dikh jayega aur amount 2-4 din me automatically debit ho jayega, app utna account balance maintain karna aur agar hold hai toh automatic debit ho jayega.

Sabhi listing me ye lagta hai ye surprise karega ye surprise karega bas yahi soch kar ipo bid dalta rahta alway have some hope...

A noteworthy thing about Aether needs to be brought in your attention.

FREE FLOAT of Aether post listing is mere 10% excluding anchor book which are also locked for 30 days & 90 days.

Any positive news and demand comes for this stock then that makes stock fly.
How free float works can be best understood by Adani stocks. Adani stocks fly because most of his stock 75% promoter Shareholding and other FF quantities are also indirectly under his control only ( I don't want say that 10% of Aether's FF is under control of Aether's promoter).

Valuation gurus why is Delhivery flying? Manyawar and Metro Shoes are not below issue price and they were also aggressively priced in comparison to peers.

Good business+clean management+growth expansion +flat to positive market sentiments+expert and experience promoters all leading to positive listing and good growth in future on the cards

Promoters are Technocrat with excellent education and experience.
Father was CMD of Anupam Rasayan, one son was working in Dow Chemicals (USA) and another son was also on board of Anupam Rasayan.
One independent director worked in Ipca labs for 34 years.
Clients are themselves multibagger stocks like Divis Lab, DRL, Aarti, Cadila etc
When I was reading their profile of management then Wow came out of my mouth.

Will the bumper listing of Globesecure Tech (SME) have it's positive impact on Aether listing? Does it signify positive change of sentiment for listing of IPOs?

I don't think so. Listing of Globesecure can make impact on other IPO means the closet one to have impact is eMudhra which is struggling to stay at issue price.
