I am eligible for shareholder quota as per rhp date.
Can I apply in shni and shareholder quota both.
Pls give some highlights on share holder quota

As per my understanding from the RHP, you can apply in both shni and SH quota provided your bid for SH quota is less than 2 Lakh...

Can anyone correct me if I'm wrong?

Case 2 – Applying in both Shareholder quota and Retail category
Investors applying in both categories need to be mindful that their combined application amount should not exceed INR 200,000. Simply put, one can invest a total of INR 200,000 if applying in both categories.
Combined application amount in both categories exceeding INR 200,000 will be considered multiple bids and thus rejected.

GMP ke naam par logo ko gumrah kia ja raha hai.....SBFC issue closing day 40 tha.., fir aisa kya hua market me jo abhi 27/28 ho gaya.....aisa isme nhi hoga uska kya pata....GMP jan bujkar issue open hone se pehle aur closing day tak badhaya jata hain aur allotment tak sahi rahega..phir kuchh logo ko allotment milegi to aur badhega nhi to phir ghataya jaega.

You don't follow secondary markets? Gmp is down for all ipos bcz of fearful secondary markets..
Doesn't mean I'm saying aeroflex is a sureshot apply...just saying don't spread fear giving wrong reasons!
