I think you got it wrong. I didn''t apply for 29 lots, I applied in 29 applications and got allotment in 5.

Its lottery system, so the odds are the same for every individual application. You can''t blame linkintime, applicants or yourself for not getting the allotment when it''s plain lottery..its always illogical !
