I don''t understand why people on this forum are so hell bent to prove other members wrong about the IPO and its merits - demerits.

Its an investment opportunity and its a personal decision to apply or not rather making it a heated argument all the time about the valuation, Price band and the GMP/Listing price etc. Looks like ppl are more interested to assume stuff rather show casing them with the proof and the source of information and making its a matter of fake pride.

I have stop posting or commenting on this forum but I do visit this forum regularly to get some useful info.

One thing I would like to discuss with all of you.

Had u noticed the PE multiple of Indian multinational and compared with their international parent PE multiple.

There are so much difference. Nestlé is trading at 125 PE multiple in india but in Switzerland it is trading below 20 PE. Same business but different valuation parameters. Same are with glaxo SmithKline , HUL etc.

Why they are so pricey in india because they are running a very unique business in India without much competition.

In addition, india is a consumption economy. So many analyst says so much in favor of this. I am a small person. It would not be wise , if I oppose their thoughts on consumption economy. We had seen the returns year after year in Asian paints, kansai Nerolac, bata India, Jubilant good works, HUL, Marico, Emami, dabur etc.

Had u remembered S H Kelkar.
What a stellar listing it had enjoyed last year being a first mover and also relates with india consumption story.

Advanced enzymes is one of that kind of stock. It is some how linked with consumer discretionary and can be kept as portfolio stock. This may even enjoy PE multiple of 50 , if it maintain its uniqueness in future. There are likely chances that , it may not face any substantial competition in near future.

People may laugh at me on probability of 50 PE multiple but it will become reality in near future.

No one had imagined the level of Asian paints, TTK prestige, HUL, Britannia but still they enjoy premium over broad market.

Have a thought on this before applying.

Based on my analysis i give it a fair value of Rs1100 i have been very very conservative in my growth rate however IMO these growth rate of 14% to 11% is easily achievable by the company also.... IMO if issue is Rs900 approx i would not be surprised to see GMP of Rs350 and above eagleye and arjun patel will soon update the correct GMP my guess is the GMP will be in range of Rs 350 to Rs450 approx. Good issue will list on premium if the issue price is RS 900 Approx so do apply with full force.....

It will be same as Quess or more. However on retail dude it could be 11x to 12x give 35% is contribution for RII when Quess was only 10%

Apply in the issue if offered at discount to its peers. Valuation is the king. Applying on the basis of GMP will drag you in loss if market falls drastically.

GMP or Per application rate is for the people who wants to do grey market trade.
