sign needed of your mother''s on form at bank account holder space,
and your father''s sign at demat account holder space.

u can apply for other members also even if they r not a/c holder or family members (total max.5)
(e.i. i can apply from my friend''s sb account too.)

for online sbi allowed five member, idbi only first holder but by form u can apply for 5.
