Equitas results were on Saturday. Acc to news, result was good, so there might be price surge today. If you have enough green, you may decide to sell. But experts are saying this is portfolio stock

Can anyone throw some light on Tata Metalik Q1/17 result or a link where I can get it. The stock was at Rs 78 on 22nd Feb, Rs 113 on 25th April, Rs 246 on 25th May, Rs 333 on 24th June and hit a high of 512 on 22nd July on Q1/17 result day before closing on 477.
Technical experts feel it has steam to go upto Rs 800 in a 12 month period with 120% capacity utilization and expansion going on steam shortly.
Knowing fully well this is an IPO discussion forum, appreciate if some technical expert can comment.

Thanks a lot RKS, Khemka, Chem Cho for your analysis. Sometimes contrarian views are also important. I personally feel it had made a huge run up and might consolidate for sometime. As RKS says buying in dips could be a good proposition.

Leading stock exchange BSE today revised the circuit limit for share movement of Tata Metaliks and seven others as part of its surveillance action. The new limits, which ensure that stock prices do not move up or down beyond a level during a trading session, will be effective from July 25. The share price of Tata Metaliks, Neha International , NTC Industries , Rane Brake Lining , Parabolic Drugs , RDB Rasayans and Taal Enterprises cannot change by more than 10 percent in a day, BSE said in a circular. It has also set an upper limit of 5 percent for Beekay Niryat . "Trading members of the exchange are hereby informed that the circuit filters has/have been changed from their existing levels in the... scrip/s with effect from July 25, 2016," the exchange said.

Those who could not allottment in QUESS, was given preference in L&T Infotech

For those who could not get allotment in L&T Infotech, preference may given in the allotment of Adv.Enz.Tech.

This may not be true, but there is a talk.

Yes this is not true. I have not applied for Quess, but still got L & T. Allotment is purely based on lottery. We have to wait for the basis of allotment of l & t to get clarity

PSR the rumor was done by none other than IPO Santra. It was stupidity to misguide investors. He thought it was hilarious. Forget about it. Allotment is not done this way. There are SEBI guidelines to follow.

Hello friends am new to this group I just wanna know that I have applied 9 lots of AET .I.e. 96 shares in a application. How the allotment is done. I have applied 8 lots of L&t Infotech but not received any allotment. I just wanna the procedure of allotment . Anybody plz confirm me

Now the rules have been changed, We have to wait for basis of allotment to get the clear details of L & T. There are lot of chances, people not getting allotment even if they apply for full application.

In case of oversubscribed IPOs ,it is purely on a lottery system where even 1 lot applied is at par with one applying full quota....it is ensured that everybody gets min one lot

@BULLISHTIGER, the key driver for stock price for MBL is ''new orders''. Mgt has indicted 30% growth in top-line as well as some recovery in margins through better WC management in FY17. To achieve the target they need 4,000 Cr ''new projects''. They got one order for c.800 Cr which helped retrench the price from 115/- to 140/-.

They had assured that they will reduce the Inventory+AR days & will not make investors wait till last quarter for orders which is the reason why it kept falling through out FY16. The moment they receive another order, the price will definitely shoot up.

I agree with RKS that your holding at 120/- is reasonably low. The only risk for you is delay in news about fresh orders as well as any repeated disappointment wrt their WC management in their June results.

My avg holding price is higher than yours :( but still I am holding on to it..... Waiting for news around new orders & hoping for improved profit margins in Q1 results.

All’s not well, it seems, with Dilip Buildcon, the infrastructure firm of Dilip Suryavanshi. It had to slash the size of fresh issue of shares from the original one it had submitted to the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI). It has once again approached SEBI to raise funds aggregating up to Rs 430 crore through an initial public offer (IPO) for various corporate requirements including ‘repayment of loans’.
In March last year the company had filed draft papers with SEBI for raising Rs 630 crore through IPO. What made the company withdraw the offer and resubmit it in a reduced size is not clear. According to market talk, the income-tax and Enforcement Directorate (ED) cases might be haunting Suryavanshi and his firm.
The Income Tax Department had raided the establishments of Suryavanshi and his associate Sudhir Sharma spread over various cities in 2012. Several trunks full of documents seized by the I-T party from the establishments of Suryavanshi reportedly contained official note sheets pertaining to the transfers of senior bureaucrats and files of sensitive construction projects. This, though, had not come as a surprise to those who had been keeping a watch on the functioning of the BJP government and the enigmatic relationship between chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Suryavanshi.
The I-T officers had also reportedly seized documents showing that Suryavanshi had received around Rs 140 crore from a foreign country. The matter was then handed over to Enforcement Directorate (ED) as it pertained to violation of foreign exchange regulation laws.
‘Mail Today’, a New Delhi newspaper, later quoted a senior ED official as saying that the case of Dilip Buildcon would be investigated ‘regarding the violations of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA)’. The official added, according to the daily, ‘The firm (Dilip Buildcon) has received the money from a firm based in South Africa’.
