You are missing some information for HNI interest 5% for 7 days. I believe there are some other criteria which you either skip or don''t know.

Someone from this contact any of the NBFC and share the detail info so this can be useful for all.

As per my Information it is for 5% p.a. to 7.5% p.a (depending upon ipo n client) for 7 days. but they charge this interest upfront.
and they also charge some amount on allotment amount.

7 days interest @ 5% PA - 0.10%

HNI subscription in good IPO (average) - 200-300 times
Listing gains in good IPO - 30 %- 50%
chances of gain on capital = 0.15% approx

so if they charge more than 5% per annum, or charge minimum housing loan interest, as one of the boarders said, No one will borrow from them

remember this loan is not for 2-5 lac its in carores

For just they crossed dead lines of allotment date
They r giving on time I.e. Before listing mind it

Will sell ujjivan tomorrow at any price and reenter after results at bellow 500 as current price already discounted excellent results and after results must fall.

At Rs.600 a piece valuation is mighty stretched. But then in this liquidity driven rally almost all share valuations are stretched!!. Hence Rs. 600 is quite possible tomorrow.

What should do for long term I.e 1 year..hold or sold at 600..am holding@210
