No. As shareholder category got fully subscribed, nothing goes into other categories. NII subscription reduced due to technical rejections/lower bids

I got 37.18% Allotment in NII category which shows 2.69x as final NII subscription

Shareholder category reduced and HNI increased as per allotment done.Something might have happened

Monday listing day will tell whether the registrar saved SH category or benefitted NIIs 😜

@sdz I got 31% allotment in shareholder category, just a genuine question, what is the advantage of being shareholder here?

got 446/1200 in NII, was expecting 273. Can''t hold that much. Hopefully give some gain or at least cover my expenses.

@sdz, mehul - its pretty clear they combined shareholder and HNI category and alloted. but as per dhrp should have considered them seperate. This way there is no meaning applying as shareholder.
I was thinking of buying 1 share of Adani Enterprises to qualify for adani wilmar share holder category and apply as shareholder. But seeing this allotment, i have to re-think my decision.

@Ducky...If we see the calculations, HNI has 55.4lk shares quota and SH category of 19.44lk. HNIs received 63% more shares than expected which is 35lk shares >> entire SH category.

So what i think would''ve happened is HNI category Allotment % increased due to high rejections due to lower bids, while lower % in SH category due to high 1lot applications like in Retail and so proportionately less shares for people who applied multiple lots.

I really think HNI and SH categories are not merged or moved etc etc

i have never seen in any ipo where HNI allotment ratio improved to such an extent and stockholder quota allotment reduced to such a low level .BIRLAJI KHALA HO GUYA
