There is a wonder. SH category subscribed 1.68 times only. But no allotment out of 1 lot applied. Same time RII subscribed 3.24 times. Got 3/3 lots. Too much confusion in allocation.
Share holder category was proportionate basis. Considering all bida were accurate and perfect, one must receive shares only if applied for 2 lots or more Retail is Lottery....u got 3/3...i got 3/4.... some random person got 0/4... it''s just lottery.
@Monster Zero, proportionate means, i should received 11 or 12. Right? Same time one of our forum member received 1 out of 1 under SH category. How that was possible?
@Prabhakar Prootionate basis means minimum allotment is lot size over and above it will be proportionate and it will be in odd no had you applied for 3 lots you would have received 20+

I have also applied for 2 lot in SH category but not get alottment. I must get 1 lot as subscription was 1.68 times only. Now what I can do please suggest
U applied for 14 lots in 1 application and got 0 shares... because.. it''s lottery...u should have applied only 1 lot...and other applications in name of friends and family
By allotting 31.66% to shareholders , remaining shares available allotted to other slabs in Shareholder category ? this is to maintain equitable distribution of available shares . just a guess.
Any update on upcoming ipo in next week. Seems dull when there in no ipo. Hope some dates comes for uocoming ipo. Aug and September month were excellent for IPOs. Hope Oct Nov and Dec follow the trend and nifty scale Mount 20k.
@DownriteVJ, SH category subscribed 1.68 times only. If proportionate 11 or 12 shares should be allotted. And @Bhumika got 1 out of 1. Which indicates there is no proportionate basis.
Had AB Cap shares in two A/Cs so applied in shareholder category in both. Got 82 shares for 13 lots applied from first A/c. In the other account applied one lot shareholder category and got 0
I think there is something happened with Shareholder category since it was not alloted proportionate basis which is little wierd. ( only 31.66% allotment despite it should be some where around 60-65%+
I have applied for 100 shares in Shareholder Quota and have been allotted 32 shares only. Pl. enlighten me on the allotment criteria for Shareholder category especially when the issue has been subscribed 1.68 times only in this category.

Listing will be flat I think. Post listing big player should jump then we can see upward journey.
Off topic I''m holding 10 shares of CLEAN SCIENCE post IPO . Now the current PE is 119 against sector. Should I sell some of the shares as it is trading now at 2222?
ppl should know what AsWathama asked. pls wait for the right answer. am sure some Guru should be able to give you. By the way I have the same doubt. Its highly priced with 119 PE, I don''t know how to deal with high PE counters.
Its shares were trading at Rs 742 in the grey market, a 4.2 percent premium over the issue price of Rs 712 per share. Better to hold it till April for 50% profit.
I wish to tender the shares of Rishiroop limited for buyback through the SBI SECURITIES ( Erstwhile SBI SMART). But no buyback option is found in the new site. Have anyone rendered the shares for the buyback in the new site? If so, please enlighten me to proceed accordingly. Of course, I have tried to contact the customer care to seek some guidance. But I have not succeeded in my attempts. Hence, this prayer. Can anyone helps me? Thank you.
When very first time sbi smart migrated to new avatar as sbisecurities, I have noticed some technical glitches in my case, IPO allotted shares were not visible in the account for selling (showing nil allotment), and I tried contacting Vijayawada branch customer care and they helped even though my account is not mapped to them. Contact number is; "086-62474706 / 086-66678909" Initially after telling client ID they will tell that account is not mapped, by requesting many times I got my work done, because they are also accessible for the complete SBI demat and trading account details. Disclaimer: I handle two family SBI smart accounts and found it so difficult / not so easy like HDFC securities or Zerodha / grow. For butter smooth experience, planning to migrate from SBI smart. Never able to sell my IPO allocations due to slow interface / login failures etc. etc.
Retail ipo ji, Very kind of you. I have mailed the issue to the help desk. I will contact over phone also in this regard. I once again appreciate your attitude n thank you very much for your kindness in responding n trying to help. God blesses you with all the best. Thank you.

Dear Kamma Siva ji
Buy backs from small cap companies like Rishiroop are more to benefit promoter''s , their friends & relatives than ordinary small shareholders. These companies with small share capital often have their own people splitting their folios to less than 200000 to take advantage of the buy back. A glance at their annual report and quarterly results tells that extraordinary profit last year is from asset sale and not operational profit. They seem to use buy back to distribute this profit with buy back to promoter and related friends who could be larger beneficiaries by some manipulation. As a small cap company they also do not make arrangements with all banks/ syndicate members for online submission which is again to their advantage.
Suggest always enter buy back into widely held companies like Eclerx, Nucleus Soft and in the past NTPC, NALCO etc. In small cap there is a larger risk of unaccepted shares hitting lower circuits causing bigger loss than the small benefit from accepted shares in buy back.
Ou Ai ji, Thank you very much for your kind views on the Buyback of Shares. I do agree with your opinion regarding buyback of shares of small capital companies like Rishiroop limited. For the last two years, I am participating in the buybacks of Shares of almost all the reputed companies. I will definitely take a note from your advice to avoid small capital companies in this regard. Thank you very much for your concern. God blesses you with all the best.
Applied from two A/Cs, first account retail 1/1, shareholder category got 82 shares from 13 lots applied. Other account it''s funny but 1/1 retail and shareholder 0/1
