Aditya Birla Capital Ltd share performance is not good in share market

But again 100 % ofs. Nothing going to company. As company is debt free, so it will not matter more.

700 rate is too much
Not sure it will give more then 15% listing gain...

Just went through financial of this company. Debt free company and good profit-making company. Growth is not there but amc business will grow in india. This is 4 th largest amc in india. Seems like it will perform and reward...valuations are ok.

Pure OFS but MF business is only picking up in India. But there''s also a risk from new players like Navi and Zerodha. But I have been invested in one of ASBL''s UST debt funds for my travel needs and the experience has been smooth. May apply, full force or not will depend on subscription numbers as the IPO is pretty big at 3,000 crore.

Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC ipo last week of this month

Dear Friends,
I bought 500 shares in ADITYA BIRLA CAPITAL at an average price of Rs 199.11 about three years back. Todays price is Rs 144.40. During this period all shares have gone up about 60%. This is a similar company. Please check my figures before you invest.

Last day close price of Promotor AB capital is only 114.30. In last one year it has never crossed 140.

In my personal observation, A Birla and A Ambani are similar!

This is not an investor-friendly AMC Co. They are taking full benefit of SEBI dictat to a lot MF units the day an AMC receives funds. They allot units 4-5 days after amount is debited under SIP in my account and under STP (Systematic Transfer Plan) also they take 4-5 days to a lot units. They certainly will not be friendly for shareholders.

Short term traders can take a positional trade in peers like Nippon, UTI & HDFC AMC, to gain 5-10% before ABSL AMC Listing.

Truly agree with u.

-Nippon has already travelled from 380-440 in past 4 trading sessions and Is currently trading around its 5year high.
-HDFC AMC is being around 3250. Closing above 3300 is required for it to travel towards 4000, else it will be range bound between 2800-3200/3300.
-UTI is around 1200. Trading at PE of 30 lowest of all.
Hence all the three has some short term trading opportunities.

Just want to point out that UTI AMC opened at negative and was in that range for months.

No one blaming promoters as this is even a pure OFS?

Ofs is very small , look at fresh issue siz number

Check the DRHP properly. 36 million shares that you are saying as Fresh Offer is actually OFS by Sun Life AMC. I guess by mistake its mentioned in this forum as Fresh Issue.
