Aditya Birla AMC has did a reverse of Glenmark Life sciences.GLS had offered shareholder quota in DRHP and removed in RHP.ABAMC didn''t offer shareholder quota in DRHP but included in RHP.

As per RHP, 5% Shareholders quota is reserved only for public shareholders of ABCL and that means only individual as well as HUF holding shares as on record date 22 September 2021.

I have only one share of glenamrk pharma i bought because there were rumours of shareholding quota in it & now I''m in loss of 150+ rs now just tell me as i tried to find out in RHP of aditya birla whr is mentioned about shareholding quota & what is the record date i read somewhere when RHP is filled so its gone right?
