As per my knowledge DDs (even third party cheques) are acceptable. One can make DD/Cheque drawn with the correct payable name. write down the name (and folio number if available) of the share holder on the back of DD or Cheque along with the call money letter you have received and send to the Registrar in time.

Friends I have an off-topic but urgent query please. I will put it briefly. I missed paying Aditya Birla Fashion rights issue call as I was stuck travelling due to covid restrictions. For some reason the ICICI asba online payment failed, possibly
because I did it on phone not PC. The 100 shares went into forfeiture, something I''ve never experienced before.
This month I got a letter from both linkintime (registrar) and the company giving me one final chance due to exceptional covid situation for which now the due date is 30th September. Now my problem is I''m again abroad travelling. I have sent a signed cheque home so my family can send it to the company. I do not know if the same will be received on time . My query is will the company accept a third party cheque (from my bro or sis) for payment of the partly paid up shares in case I cannot send a personally signed cheque in time.

Make online payment. There are least chances that you will get another chance kyunki second chance bhi kismat waale ko milta hai...
Third party cheque will not do, the payment will be denied simply.

I was finally able to make an online payment via linkintime using the R-WAP facility, again, sorry for being off-topic

1243 points swing in BSE from high 60288 to low 59045 and closed @ -410 points ie at 17748
NSE swing 336 points from high 17912 to low 17576 and closed @nse 17748 minus 106 points today 28/09/2021

Listing gains may not be even 10%(flat to negative listing possible)
If lists negative then I will add small amount.
Holding 1-3 years depending on market condition
MF businesses growing up side for sure in India.

Most probably negative listing, but if good name comes in anchor list, then demand will rise. All game is on demand supply by hni...hope hni fancy this ipo, else another Glenmark life science and car trade in making.

In new list of IPO add Adani Wilmer too.

Wilmer International Singapore has informed its shareholders that Adani Wilmar IPO documents in Sebi website now showing "Under Process " .

A big change from earlier status on SEBI part.

Shareholders quota is also their for Adani enterprises shareholders in DHRP.

What is the chance that Adani will not pull a fast one on us like Glenmark? Both are shady companies.

Disclaimer: Still own Adani Enterprise stock so SH quota decision does not matter to me.

RII = 25L Forms = 3.87X Applic. wise (Avg allotment of ~5.17 shares per lot)

Interest cost *@7.00%p.a.* for 7days = *95.58paise for 1X*

Thus, for NII the costing = 25.35 X 95.58 paise = Rs.24.23 per share (= GMP)

And, for RII the costing = 24.23 X 5.17 = Rs.125/- (= Kostak)
