I applied for 260 Shares. If I alloted 325 shares, what about my balance payment for 65 shares. Whether I will get my 260 shares in DMAT account for which I have paid amount.

The number of times in retail portion at cut off price is 2.77 times, not 1.1 times. So no chance of any lower bidders getting shares.For retailers it is always advisable to bid at cut off price.

i have applied 3 applications on different name for 3, 4 and 5 times respectively what are the chances and no. of shares would i get. i hve applied in retails quota

Though the retail oversubscription is around 3 times, the bidding at cut-off price is near 1.1 times. Would it mean the alloted shares would be less-than but near shars bidded.

Hi kamal...issuing cheque without balance is an offence only if the amount is due to anyone....sec 138, also the holder has to demand the dues once again even after the bouncing of the cheque and
also the holder of the cheque has to prove that he owes the funds from the drawer of the cheque..
In this case nothing doing...

Issuing cheque without having sufficient balance in the account is a criminal offence and if Adani Power lodges a complaint against you it might invite imprisonment. Lets hope this doesnt happen. You may end up in paying bank charges and will not get any share.
