Another surprising observation based on allotment pattern is - Who are 21000 plus retail applicant applying for 90 shares i.e just below 2 lakh. If they wanted such high allotment they could have as well applied in HNI category with 96 shares with firm allotment Now they hold 70 shares post allotment

Hi @Arun Not understand, please explain clearly
And also explain share holder category allotment process in this IPO , same with previous all IPO''s or any difference
@phrao, I think, @arunArun posted this under wrong IPO page, this message is for Paytm BOA. You can have a look here, https://www.chittorgarh.com/ipo_basis_of_allotment/paytm-ipo/1128/
There, 21,637 applications were received for 90 shares. He must be pointing that out.

I am quite confused about the Shareholders quota during IPO, can someone clarify methis please?
Question: The share holders of Adani Enterprises will get the equal no of shares in Adani Wilmar IPO only if we subscribe for IPO in share holders quota? or I will get them even if I don''t subscribe for new IPO?
This is because it''s not a complete demerge from Adani?? I mean both Adani and Wilmar has 50-50 in it??

Market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), in its latest observations on the recently filed initial public offering (IPO) papers by Adani Wilmar Ltd, has kept the Rs 4,500 crore issue in "abeyance". The SEBI website shows the Adani Wilmar IPO has been "kept in abeyance".
