@ultrasnow ,why you have been allotted only 82 shares ,it should be more if allotment is proportionate based..

Bcoz shareholder quota was subscribed only 1.68 times..you should have been allotted atleast 6.5 lots

Lol bought glenmark pharma single share @ 660 hoping for glenmark life science allotment, averaged to 540 yet to exit but in the end Im glad for not getting allotment

Same here still holding 5 glenmark shares in 2 accounts bought at 637, also missed allotment 0/2 lol

Let me inform about shareholder category application and allotment. In all ipos where shareholder category is there, below two things are confirmed:

We can apply in shareholder category upto 2 lakh amount and also in retail category upto 2 lakh from same demat/PAN and we can be allotted in both if lucky. Allotment in shareholder category is normally done in proportionate basis with minimum 1 lot, like HNI category, so apply for maximum possible limit.

Rest things regarding shareholder category application depends upon company as described in RHP so lets wait for RHP for further details/clarification. Below 2 examples are from past ipos for shareholder category :

Eg. 1: Where in shareholder category, we can apply for more than 2 lakh amount also, max upto quota limit.There if you are applying in shareholder category under 2 lakh, then you can apply one more application in retail or in HNI too. But if you are applying for more than 2lakh in shareholder category then you can''t apply in any of HNI/retail category else it will be considered duplicate bids.
Eg 2: Where Company has fixed maximum bid amount in shareholder category should not exceed 2 lakh rs, there other than shareholder category, we can apply in retail category too, but it was not allowed to apply in HNI too along with shareholder category.

@vreddy/@M.K : As i already said: Allotment in shareholder category is normally done in proportionate basis with minimum 1 lot. (in both cases of shareholder category upto 2 lakh or more than 2 lakh)
This is very basic thing, no doubt in that. I had applied and allotted too in proportionate in hdfc amc and in sbi cards also it was same way.
And again, final things will come in adani wilmar RHP. Each company/ipo can define its own rules but mostly its always proportionate in shareholder category.

Can confirm in absl amc ipo applied both Sh holder and retail. In Sh holder category applied 13 lots (260 shares) got 82 shares. In retail applied 1/1. Allotted 102 shares totally 82+20

I have adani enterprise share . How to apply in share holders quote ? I am using uptox .

I don''t think there will be any share holder quota, because Wilmar Singapore holds 50 % in the company. So Adani enterprise shareholders won''t be eligible for shareholders quota.

Note: This is my personal view

@Sharavam Its already mentioned in DRHP that Adani Wilmar will have both Employee and Shareholder quota and for Shareholder its already mentioned AEL i.e Adani Enterprises Limited.
