I am confused as someone told me that shares credit into account in T+2 days. Hence it will be 21 in my case ...

Has Wilmar filed RHP? I think the eligibility for shareholder's quota is the date of RHP.

@NKJ - Some times email lands up in spam folder and sometimes some investors may get missed. Not receiving email does not mean one is not eligible. One will be eligible as long as one is holding shares on or before the record date.

@Black Swan - HNI + Shareholder < 2Lac means - if one applies for HNI application than SH application should be < 2 Lac else both will be rejected.

Till 31st december total Shareholders . 245611 only then min 2 lots will be apply in Shareholder quota for better allotment.

As per assumption.. if Price band 240 with 60 lots.
Shareholder Quota : Min 240000 lots available
Max 200000 Sh Applicants will be apply in which 120000 apply with single lot and rest 80000 will apply with multiple lots.
Here Basis of allotment would like
200000 lots alloted to everyone and rest 40000 lots would be divided for others who have applied multiple lots i.e 80000 Applicants .
5 Shares extra for 2 lots who applied , 10 shares extra for 3 lots who applied,15 shares extra for 4 lots who applied and so on and last 65 shares extra alloted for 13 lots who applied .
Means who will apply for 13 lots will get 1lots(60 shares ) + 65 shares extra ( 65 shares = 1 lots and 5 shares).

If I have 4 account with 16 lots fund avl to apply then best way is 13 lots from one account and rest 3 A/c with single lots. Please correct if I am wrong ...
