After this ipo any other ipo with shareholder category, coming in next few months?

the cutoff date for eligibility is the RHP file date, so you can still purchase 1 share,

As per DRHP allotment will be Proportionate, maximum application limit will be the entire shareholder quota, so it will be a mini HNI quota same lime Adani Wilmar IPO.

2.. Q3 FY22 Operating Profit before Tax (excluding other income) is at Rs. 2,302 million up 53% YoY.

i have limited funds, is it good to apply in adani ipo for 3 accounts or apply 1 through 1 account and rest of fund invest in secondary market?

With markets near nifty 17 k ,
i feel the valuation of Adani Wilmar are at higher side of RS 230 ipo price
should buy at listing , very hard to give negative comments , lets see the trend on 31/01/22 and main issue is budget also any wrong anoucement may triger sell off , but most of the bugtet losses are already considered at 17 k niffty
can buy paytm at rs 875 -900 zomato at Rs 85 - 88 for long term now

I have recently opened an account in Zerodha and I do not have any share in AEL, please tell me the maximum number of lots I can apply for this Adani Wilmar Limited IPO.

@Lokes... I asked because Pradeep has opened account in Zerodha and particularly asked for maximum no. of lots via Zerodha.

@avenue: Its ok. he just informed opened account in zerodha , and asked max lots to apply in this ipo....both may be related or unrelated, he only knows :)
I thought to add this info also in my initial reply that upto 2 lakh in retal, he can apply via zerodha console via upi and above 2 lakh he need to use bank ASBA, then i thought he might be aware and just shared link for info.

I will surely be applying in all my 12 accounts. 1 Retail lot and between 2 to 10 lots in each SH

Forget Shareholder quota. The way market is falling every day, doubtful if I apply even under retail.

someone corelating fall to pre budget, someone to USA Fed meet, someone to Russia Ukraine issue.....free fall is seen, which is good for long bull run...hope market is not smelling increase in rate of LTCG from 10 to 15%, which will be worst to markets.....instead i am anticipating tax rate cut above 10 lakhs to 25% instead of current 30%...This will come at par with corporate Tax...If Modi Govt want to dominate its next 5 year, then best they can do is remove LTCG and do heavy infra push & Job Creation..

I have read "Allotment in shareholder category will be done in proportionate basis (similar to NII/HNI category). Minimum allotment is 1 lot." so if i apply one lot in SH quota & one lot in retail quota then will i get confirmed one lot under SH quota?

No here SH quota is different from HDFC Amc and Usfb
It will be like SBI Card where single lot applicants in SH quota got on lottery basis. If you want to increase your chance in SH Quota then try to apply maximum lots if you have budget.
In SBI Card Single lot applicants number is 259462 and Got 1 lot only 11,179 applicants.

SH quota Available 2,40,802 lots .
Suppose 1 lakh applicants apply under SH so here arround 20-100 (0.020%) Big Fishes will eat easily 2 lakh lots and remaining 40802 lots will be distributed to lower Category and here like me based on Ram Bharose with single or maximum double lots in SH Quota.

Stock markets are looking for some excuses like impending fed rate hike, Ukraine situation, unabated Covid cases, etc. Intelligent people market those ideas to their own benefit. Once there is heavy sell-off they get an opportunity to buy @ low levels. We too should be clever enough to pick up at mouth watering levels. Please remember 1st half of 2020 when there was heavy sell off due to Covid and the markets recovered so beautifully. Now market is best asset class where you can make money. Gold can never beat it. Because hands of Indians hesitate to buy Gold above 50 K. And purchasing land is a risky business.

Usually, pre-budget and post-budget market performances are reverse of each other, if not mirror image of each other. Beware of it and act cleverly.

Expected subscription in HNI category and overall?

Btw carnage continue on world share markets as dow down 700 ..sgx -300 on report of possible Russian air strikes on Ukraine near term soon

Some are saying it's not only between Russia and Ukraine but a start-up program of 3rd WW.
Some are saying if above conditions apply , nifty can see 15k also in a week. :(
