BOB netbanking i have applied under share holder category first, and now want to apply under retail but it shows error.

"Investor is already registered. Please select another IPO to proceed"

please advise any other BOB ASBA users.

Can a person having two different demat accounts with different brokerages apply through both accounts? From one as a sh and from other as retail?

Yes. One retail an one SH category can be applied through one PAN number. Brokerage house doesnt matter. PAN number will be the criteria for this.

If employee quota under subscribed then remaining portion will be distributed to QIB NII and retail as per ratio.

Particularly the last part will enlighten you about the trade-off involved in 1 big application and multiple small applications.

Apply in HNI with more than 2 Lakhs. Looks HNI subscription can go upto 30 to 40X, so apply 60 to 80 lots to get 2 Lots proportionately
