I'm not agree beacuse there are many ipo doing good on listing day and that ipo Qib subscription is like below 5x.<< Ex. Gland pharma, Antony West, sapphire food there are many More...
Those of you who had earlier seen my posts in other ipo pages reg icici nhi applications post 3pm, I would like to clarify that whereas my hni application in Supriya was accepted at 3.27pm, but the adani application was rejected under hni at 3.40pm. So my guess is that ICICI cutoff time is definitely not beyond 3.30pm. Would love to have any specific feedback from anyone applying ICICI hni

Regarding Emp. category under-subscription, Below mentioned in RHP:
In the event of under-subscription in the Employee Reservation Portion, the unsubscribed portion will be available for allocation and Allotment, proportionately to all Eligible Employees who have Bid in excess of Rs 200,000, subject to the maximum value of Allotment made to such Eligible Employee not exceeding Rs 500,000.
Under-subscription, if any, in any category including the Employee Reservation Portion and the Shareholder Reservation Portion, except in the QIB Portion, would be allowed to be met with spill over from any other category or combination of categories of Bidders at the discretion of our Company, in consultation with the Managers and the Designated Stock Exchange subject to receipt of valid Bids received at or above the Issue Price. Under-subscription, if any, in the QIB Portion, would not be allowed to be met with spill-over from any other category or a combination of categories.
In such situation consider SH is equal to Retail but the only difference is that there is a reserved quota for SH. What you are expecting is a discount for SH which is the decision of the company during filing RHP itself.
Here if every one applies for 230 which is cutoff , then lower bids will be discarded as the competition is already 30X in SH
yes i knows that the lower price bids will be rejected. But I want to know whether people bid at lower price so that such bids will not be considered and those who bid at cut off or at top of the price band get more chance of allotment

Do not know why ,IOB and Equitas bank did not allow applications in excess of Rs2 lacs, in shareholder category,; after applying in retail. So , it was a loss of opportunity, after keeping funds for this purpose.

QIB subs is very disappointing for a brand name like Adani... May be budget effect...
I am going with the market sentiment and it seems fine to me till now, need to wait till tomorrow afternoon if the decision of applying for this IPO turns Good or not.
Subscription data of share holders category shows those who have applied application above Rs 3.73 will only get confirm one lot allotment.
It's almost become Proxy HNI category. Those HNI and retail shareholders who submitted Below Rs 2 Lacs application in shareholders category will not get any confirmed Allotment.

Reason could that FIIs have put their investment decision on hold and Domestic Institutions too may be waiting for the decision of FIIs.

That's worrisome. But just let us wait for 5 o'clock final figures. In case, QIB 's do not invest now before budget, it is expected they will come heavily afterwards.
It does not include anchor portion, which also is a significant contribution.

QIB are not showing interest as of now(i.e they came below expectations). NII don't hold for long term and most of them who are funded will have to sell on listing. Retail follows the trend. If Selling pressure will come on listing then who will absorb?
Applied ten applications in retail. I am managing 19 accounts and i could have applied from all of them but i also wanted to keep some funds for secondary market for post budget investment so applied only in ten. I hope i will get two- three lots in retail.
