SH 33.33x (almost 8x retail)
As SH category allotment is proportionate basis, its obvious that SH applying less than 5-10 lakh would be worst off than retailers.

If it is single application for 13 lots, then you may get 1 lot in lottery. No way you can get more than 1 lot.

I have opened Minor Account in Prostock and they have asked to me transfer 1000 in their Bank account. Is this charges for account opening or is this visible in Demat fund after successful account opened ?

hi..offtopic....i think i have learned earning like 300-400 rs weekly in stocks..my investment is around 3 lakh....i am small retailer.....my method of investing is in ppf ,lic and bank fd....whatever i earn in stock,i put it in ppf and lic policy....is it wise for me to put money in mutual fund?...they dont give much returns i feel...

0.3%per month and 3.6%annual basis..round off 4%... Now more than this FD will provide or ITC will provide... Better sit on blue chip shares as investment (and investment requires patience), MF, ETFs, FDs and considering long view(it has to be in order of decades) you will easily make above 12% annually
