Where can we find application-wise Retail (and Employee) subscription data if available in the public domain?

Retail application wise can be found in Edelweiss partners portal

Isn't there any authentic/official source?
If this info can be available to private apps or websites, why not in public domain?

@mDelhi Basis of Allotment is when it is decided whom to allot shares. Its not allotment day. Normally the allotment details are out on evening or next day morning which is the refund date.
