One lot allotted in retail as per link Intime site. Applied through HDFC but in HDFC amount not deducted and applications status shows as executed. Why is it so?

@IPOINPUT, same case with me also from HDFC. LINKIN time shows alloted, but no message from HDFC nor debuted.

That's the style of HDFC...very late

Your observation about HDFC is absolutely correct. In my case i had also applied one sh application from a different bank (But same DP) and got no allotment against that. I received email from linkintime regarding no allotment application but no email for the retail application which shows allotted.

Axis: Both HNI n retail still pending. No debit message. Lien still in place.

Yes, Axis ASBA.... Applied through 2 HNI accounts from the same bank account. Got debit message for one.... Lien still in place for the second....Although Linkintime site confirms allotment.
Retail 1/2....65 shares
HNI.... 115 out of 103 lots, 108 out of 97 lots.....
Total 288 shares .... Lets see if this hurts or rewards.... in 2021 all my retail allotments listed in discount...while all my HNI allotments gave good returns... This time I have got allotment in both.

I applied for 825 shares in the retail category but zero allotments. any reason for the same.

Firstly, you must have applied 845 shares that is 13 lots.. not 825
13 lots in retail is lottery. Your application didn't got selected in lottery, so not alloted.
In case of oversubscription, no matter you apply 1 lot or 13 lot, it doesn't make any difference.
