Hindenburg has shorted non Indian Derivatives and US listed Adani Bonds

This is either Adani Insider or someone who had patiently made positions in Adani waiting for this week.

I usually keep politics out of this, but politics is involved in this for sure.
Either current government will have to step in to save Adani group and risk itself to lose public support OR let the Adani group fall, taking whole Indian economy into big recession, (because once this Stock goes down enough, Margin calls will start happening, creating a downward spiral with sell off in whole market).

Despite all this carnage in the markets, the regulators SEBI, Stock Exchanges, RBI, etc are behaving like the famous Three Monkeys.. As the market behaviour clearly proves that it is high time for an in depth investigations of The Hindenburg allegations against Adani Group by all agencies.

These days not allowed, but one should try his luck to get the app canceled

Retail was only 4% of the issue subscription.

One should lodge compliant on sebi scores website so that the withdrwal window is given to all the retailers

Why get SEBI involved?

People who applied for this FPO were well aware of the risk.

A few retail investors applied despite the shares being available in the open market at a much lower price. It's difficult to understand why.

As human beings, we do many things which don't make sense e.g. donating money to the temple for god. For the almighty god who gave us everything :) Really.

Kappo , if your application gets cancelled please let us know so that everybody can understand that application can be cancelled before finalization of allotment. Though I have not applied but still it can be useful in next IPOs.

It made sense to apply in FPO for retailers on the last date as the share was quoting around 3000 and the offer price was roughly 3050 for retail investors after adjusting discount.

A partly paid up share was expected to list at a premium of Rs 100-150 for various reasons (plz see past pp shares like reliance, airtel etc)

Further, what is harm in writing to SEBI for giving an withdrawal option to retailers as the same has been done many times in past (for even small technical reasons).

And your donation logic is totally out of context.

people dont give donation to god, they give it for maintenance of temples, and i also request all people pls donate money to only small temples, bcause most of big temples are under govt control and the money collected their is used for anti hindu works.

Returning whose money. Retail investors have applied very less. Employees also applied half hearted. QIB's & HNI's money was arranged with some give and take Or unidentified sources. Now all grey deals will be cancelled, so no one gained or loosed. Issue expenses will be born by company. Experiment failed.

What is great in it? He was literally forced to return by institutional investors. Lame excuses being given by him. The stock price is literally set to go below 50% of FPO price. What would have been the listing for new pp shares? 0?
Any other country n such manipulation of stock by insider trading would have resulted in arrest n jail for such people. Here he is allowed to misuse National flag and project himself as a victim to gain sympathy.

Agreed, Cancellation of FPO , By Gautam Adani is a big slap to all, who are against with Adani Group. Salute to Adani.

What are you talking about @Kingsmen, this decision was likely result of angry evening phone call from one of the bigshots who've helped FPO sailed through and saw 50% wipeout next day.

Reason why FPO cancel.

1. Because 80-90% amount invested by adani himself, through its different route , retail only invest 4-5%.

2. If FPO continues then adani gets its own shares @1574/- from dabba market to settlement with operators.

Now FPO cancel , Sauda cancel & no loss to adani , and nothing to be given to operators.

Then FPO cancels not for investors benefit but only for Adani group benefit.

Correction - But real problem is whole market* will get dragged due to this

Experts said adani is leverage he can't survive if he don't get money 20000 cr..now adani himself returned it ..for whatever reason ... Making an statement that he can survive...
