Anybody can see.. Only AdaniEnt is being managed now due to FPO. All other entities are down by 10%. AdaniEnt is still able to manage above FPO price.

Adani Enterprises value briefly went down to 3190, much less than the higher band of the FPO Price - 3276 and even below the retail discounted price of 3216.

So if you want to apply in FPO better to buy it now.

For Adani stocks to fall, some big party needs to sell:

- LIC won't
- Banks won't (they own pledged shares; but if they sell Adani defaults and bank too)
- Promoters own close to 75%

Even shell companies won't sell.

Most banks have indicated that they have largely financed assets with strong cashflows such as airports/ports
Ballpark exposure, FY24:
Pvt banks at 0.3% of loans & 1.5% of Networth
PSU banks at 0.7% loans & 6% of Networth

No allocation to indian MF in anchor book. Any reasonns
It seems PE of 231 is too high for them

On the eve of this issue and considering the Hindenburg Research report, it may be wise for retailers like me to sit this out. I was hoping to ride the wave and go FF on this but now I'm not sure if it's worth the risk. Will take an informed decision on 31 Jan.

All the Hindenburg Report did was make the fraud obvious. I would have gladly applied if the CMP was even 20% above the asking price. With the potential of back to back LCs, I'd rather put my money on the overall market which is dipping. Pfizer, Nestle, and LT are my alternatives to this FPO. Skipping completely.

Out of the three stocks that are mentioned here, the first two did not give me much returns, especially Pfizer.
Pfizer's role in the Covid vaccine is under the cloud. You must have come across a video clip where, in Davos, the chief of Pfizer was seen prevaricating the various questions thrown at him (something similar to what is happening here) regarding the efficacy of said vaccines.
Nestle has been stagnant for quite some time, may be it is due for a movement now....just may be.
On the other hand LT has been a good performer....

Looking to the severity of the allegations and the firmness of the Hindenburg research agency the future of the Indian stock market depends on these developments. I think all agencies will
provide the directly / indirectly support to avoid the further damages & if something beyond happens, only God can save the market

Given the reports in global media, FII selling will aggravate. They are going underweight on India and overweight on china. Further US market may improve this year. Wise decision would be to diversify the portfolio and hedge if it's

If it's to large to mobilize it immediately. Damage to done and bubble need a small pin to be burst.

Hindenburg is a Activist short selling firm, these kind firms pressurize the company management by allegations, litigation and benefit from falling stock prices. Also these are all allegations and are yet to be proved in court of law. And Hindenburg is having short position on Adani bonds, as one of the objectives of this FPO is debt repayment, so if FPO is undersuscribed the company will fail on fund raising which will delay debt repayment which will hammer stock and bond prices in international markets as well. Also from past activities Hindenburg's credibility is also questionable. Need to wait for Adain's course of action. But one thing for sure Hindenburg is really punching above its capacity this time, whether it's the confidence of finding the truth or just another gimmick that's the real question.

In the 36 hours since we released our report, Adani hasn't addressed a single substantive issue we raised.

At the conclusion of our report, we asked 88 straightforward questions that we believe give the company a chance to be transparent. Thus far, Adani has answered none of these questions.Instead, as expected, Adani has resorted to bluster and threats. In a statement to media today, Adani referred to our 106-page, 32,000-word report, with over 720 citations and prepared over the course of 2 years, as "unresearched" and said it is "evaluating the relevant provisions under U.S. and Indian laws for remedial and punitive action" against us.

Regarding the company's threats of legal action, to be clear, we would welcome it. We fully stand by our report and believe any legal action taken against us would be meritless.
If Adani is serious, it should also file suit in the U.S. where we operate. We have a long list of documents we would demand in a legal discovery process.

In my view Adani group, Hindenburg and Sebi should take responsibility and clear the air for millions of investors what is all this about..they should not do fight in media... just my 2 cents...

Pls avoid this scam ipo to save ur hard earned money. Stock of adani group is holding only due to limited float availabel in market. Once FPO closes flood gates will be opened leading to crash of this biggest bibble of century

After a long time I am afraid now after Hindenburg report on adani group.
I was alloted three lot of paytm and
Macquarie destroy the party and almost 75% money erroded.
I have lot of share of AWL.
Also want to go FF in this FPO.
Still my mind is not changed.
Will see in these three day the price, if it close below 3300 then i will rethink.
