-Revise Price Band

The problem is Adanis cannot revise FPO price more than 10% of the lower band.

Means FPO price cannot go below 2801/-

@Zorro, even you've to admit Hindenburg report is beneficial for retail investors,
Following are my thoughts about it:
1. If someone thinks the report is correct, they can simply ignore the FPO.
2. If someone thinks the report is false, they can buy stocks from secondary market below FPO price hoping it'll rise once dust gets settled.

It's Win-Win in both cases.

Agree with you. This will be the same case were retailers get trapped at higher level like IEX. Most of them will be thinking like 800 ka 500 main mil raha hain le lete.

Stock was on LC whole day no trading happened so isn't it obvious that it will have 90+ delivery % you can't do intraday on LC or UC stock no one loves nothing man

I buyed adani 155 qty at 2721. I don't know how it goes. But, I feel it will bounce back.

This is the forum for retail investors and most of them are thankful with the timing of this report as it's hard-earned capital saver.

The Adani Group bought its own destruction in the form of NDTV. They acquired NDTV for more of political interests than business. This strengthened the tone of critics that the Group manipulated Accounting System. It also occurs to me that the Group without any significant manufacturing facilities or any unique model of business, and it’s Promoter becoming 3rd richest on Globe is a case in point of manipulation. Manipulators can’t escape all the time without being punished. Leave alone behind the scene manipulation, the price of all Group shares were jacked up despite very high PE. I feel that this is like Harshal Mehta episode (1992). Investors, both Primary as well as Secondary Markets to be very very cautious

Today Banks are down 5% , whereas LIC only 3.5 % only. But the exposure of LIC is huge bigger than Banks @ 87000 crores. Now the friend is in deep trouble & Investment from the LIC is the only way for this. Think about the LIC going below 550.

Considering sentiment and today's subs performance, I feel it will be better for Adani group to cancel the FPO prematurely (and immediately without waiting for last day). After few months, they may come with new price. Cancellation on moral ground and considering public sentiment in mind.

Why are lic,gic,rec,pfc and sbi there ...they will be asked to save fpo at any price offering.sebi will change any norms quickly needed for them.
