Yesterday adani was trending on social media, probably top 3, with 1 lac plus impressions. And if checked today not even in top 30.
Knew that it will happen sometime during the fpo.
Ps- I am neutral guy. Not bothered if it goes up or down.

All over the country and even abroad, investors came to know about the FPO of Adani Enterprise. Whatever the factors were played behind this is unknown. The report is correct or incorrect upto what level is not known to the investors. Why this time only? One kind of magic for informing investors, what ever the cost it may be. Even the members of this forum is divided, some in the name of Nation and some because faith in the group wish to apply.Some think future is bright in this group and some believe in taking risk.
Adanis are not in a mood for any change in term and conditions of this fpo.
On Monday shares of this group may open in red but likely to move very fast in green. Adanis can take any step for survival and prestige of the group. Dhirubhai Ambani has made plans in 1980 to over come short position in Reliance.
A game of 20,000 crores and not a game of 600 - 700 crores of Shahrukh Khan's "PATHAAN".
Hope a recovery in market tomorrow.

Always remember that due to over leveraging (Too much loan), most of their cash flow will go in loan and interest repayment.

They have also raised money in US BOND market. And seeing rupee depreciating, it is even more difficult to pay back in USD.

VALUATION: Are they justified?
Good business doesn’t mean that that business can be bought at any irrational valuation.

ADANI ji is a hero and personal inspiration.
Can’t become a fanboy and loose any more money.

The current sentiments for Adani Enterprise are very very bad
Even if they reduce the FPO price, it won’t lead to successful subscription of FPO, instead within minutes their fully paid shares will hit lower circuits and go below that lowered FPO price.

THIS IS A FACT

so Adani knows that changing price band won’t help. So he smartly (mis)represented it by saying “they have full confidence in all stakeholders of FPO, and won’t change price band or schedule”
Because only changing sentiments in favour of ADANI group can help them in current situation.

We as retailers should not be influenced by Market commentaries or DRAMA.
Check the fundamentals and valuations and take positions accordingly on your own research.

The mistake Hindenberg is making with Adani is that unlike many of the thirty odd small companies with little asset base whom they investigated earlier, Adani is not only diversified but a has a solid world class asset base.

Just see the list of Adani Group assets.

1. Top class ports like Gangavaram, Mundra and Hazira.

2. Vinjiam Port under construction in Kerala will be India’s first truly Deep Water Port matching Colombo and Singapore.

3. 13500 MW of Thermal Power Plants spread across the country, many with clean and efficient super critical technology.

4. 650 MW of Solar Power.

5. 18000 Circuit Kilometers of Transmission Lines.

6. 30,000 MVA of Transformer Capacity.

7. Partner in NTPC’s under construction Solar and Wind 25GW Plant.

8. Operating six airports on long lease from AAI and owning Mumbai Airport.

9. Will operate Navi Mumbai Airport slated for inauguration in 2025.

10. Owning ACC and Ambuja cement plants with capacity of 70 MMTPA.

11. Owning and Operating grain silos for FCI in Punjab, Haryana, MP.

12. Owning and operating SEZ in Mundra.

13. Owning and operating Coal Mine in Australia supplying high grade coal to Indian power plants.

So whatever be the source of funding, all have gone into value creating assets which are linked to India’s growth story.

That is why the Hindenberg report effect will be short term.

Government should announce some special tax rebates for investing in Adani' FPO.
Also, all PSB's should give interest and collateral-free loans.

Something observable easily by common investors regarding Adani.
1. Poorest kind of corporate governance which is being questioned every 6 months
2. Unreasonable valuations
3. Adani Boom is a perfect example of crony capitalism and will not last forever; bound to be busted
4. Wild movement of stock like the penny stock (which it will turn very soon)
5. Adani CFO comparing their growth with Tesla and Apple, a joke of lifetime. Tesla and Apple are inventions and innovation-driven companies how he is comparing his traditional business with an invention and innovation-based company? I could not understand.
6. A complete avoid.

Looking at the confidence level of Adani suggest that all PSUs are ordered to lift empire of Adani to sky High. It will not sustainable. It is not a simple fact Adani stocks falling due to a report, they are falling because investors believe that growth in Adani stocks is not normal. Pure game of operator will starts from Monday.

This types of support to adani group is same thing what hindenburg report revealing manipulation price rigging sky high with same types of support since last few years by Lic , sbi .....

its good to be away from LIC and PSB's till the dust settles.

It's a very crucial time for all of us and who are in stock market. This one chapter may cause the serious damage to the whole stock market. At present it's not a question of only Adani but the complete stock market along with all govt agencies. The foreign media is eagerly watching this chapter and if any wrongdoing observed, one can't gauge the effect of damage to the country. So it's a very sensitive moments for all of us. During this chapter no one from the govt side / govt agencies came forward to deny the Hindenburg report which is very shocking. The pulic's money is vanishing rapidly. So any statement front the agencies is very much essential to protect the public money, isn't it?
On the other hand LIC, SBI & other Psu banks are also required to think twicly before putting the hard earned money in to any private sector companies so that again it's a public money & have to be protected.

If anyone who believes that news if fake and has faith in Adani Group, then he will buy (or should already bought on previous trading session) from market @ much lower price @ CMP (Rs. 400 per share lower than FPO price) rather than apply for FPO @ higher price.
