I still don't understand why anchor investors commitment / subcription is not visible. They had committed huge money even before the FPO opened.

Poor employees

Still some employees feel that , if they dont subscribe , they will be in the blacklist and may affect their Job and they are applying

Thats affect is 10% subscription employee quota :)

Employees are applying because they want star performer of the year award.

When there is serious fraud. then its better to stay away from all stocks of such group. This we saw in adag, future group etc.: Still if somebody wants to play gamble its entirely based on luck

The best thing for Adanis is to withdraw the FPO and approach the Market at a more opportune time after convincingly rebutting the allegations against their Group Companies in a transparent manner. They may also resort to take on Hinderburg legally and win their case against them and make Hinderburg to compensate for the loss of money and reputation.

Expert please tell me what may be the revise price band.

They should not do any price revision. Better to withdraw it completely. Sentiments are really bad and it is not because of current valuation. I am afraid even after price revision CMP will go below that as well

Our guru ji had given me guru mantra that one should never invest money in IPOs worth 5000 ,10000 ,20000, 30000 crores. By his great grace my money was saved from sinking in R Power and LIC.

Allegations and counter allegations between Hinderburg and Adani Group will take its own course and will be a slow battle. One or the other may win some thing and lose some thing . We need not bother much . We should be happy that our money has been saved as the Report surfaced well in time before opening of AEL FPO. This is a warning bell , not only for Adani but the entire Corporate World particularly the New Age Quick Rich Companies. Monitoring Agencies, like SEBI must also tighten their vigilance activities. All is good if ultimately all classes of Stock Market Investors are benefitted , because of this episode.

Sebi vigilance activities...?? Lol what hindenburg disclosing should have done by sebi long before ....still sebi busy with clean chit in hand to save adani seems...

All Indian Government financial regulatory authorities and their review methods are under tremendous pressure. If the situation goes like this, there will deep trouble for the nation.

Clarity is needed to keep the confidence of investors else it will affect the whole market!

Who want to buy, why to wait take it at more than double discount than rii no point in participating in fpo

Hindenburg stood by its last week's report that said its two-year investigation found Adani Group "engaged in a brazen stock manipulation and accounting fraud scheme over the course of decades"
a "fraud" cannot be obfuscated by nationalism or a bloated response that ignored response to key allegations.
"We also believe India's future is being held back by Adani Group, which has draped itself in the Indian flag while systematically looting the nation."

It seems FPO likely to be withdrawn as Lic and Sbi hesitating to deploy supports despite strong pressure seems

Request to one and all... not to spread negative news with words "seems", "perhaps" etc... market is already at panic.. Don't spread more panic now.🙏

I think FPO will go through with reduced size they already have good ancor book

We should not attach emotions to stock/companies.
Good Companies don't need retail investors' emotions to give good returns, they are defined by their fundamentals and profits.
