Whoever want to invest in this FPO, should be careful and save their money. Why only Adani enterprise did not fall today when all other Adani stocks corrected significantly. My guess is that money from other stocks are pumped into AEL with the only objective of sailing though this FPO. Be cautious.

Yes. Adani enterprises is also overvalued and even this stock should have fallen like Adani Total Gas, Adani Green, Adani Transmission. Just bcoz of FPO it is manipulated from falling. If in case FPO cancelled or price is lowered then it will fall more.

Adani ports, Adani wilmar, ACC and Ambuja Cements looks good from business and valuation perspective.

Market don't like mega fpo/ipo and if it's overvalued, definitely the market gives punishment. In stock market only price matters and " Price is the God". Market is supreme and understand everything. Hence it corrected the market price of Dani Enterprise by hook or crook. So it's a lesson to all & management needs not to too be greedy. Pricing must be reasonable.
Here just think that if suppose the pricing kept 2500 , then issue may have be subscribed fully ignoring Hindenburg report, isn't it.

I don't have any Adani shares and I don't care if it falls 95 or 100 %.what I am seeing so much negativity spreading that my other stocks are falling like anything .how come people enjoying someone's fall even if their share also falling . Just try to think who is benefitting this and how come you educating other this ? If you are so intelligent then you could have been already a billioner.

Yes, the same method was used by the bear cartel to hammer reliance shares in 82.
It's a group with hard physical assets and even if it defaults, it would be able to bay 70-80% of the money through its assets

According to Mint, Adani has 3 options:

1. Let the FPO continue as it only needs to secure 10,000 crore funding due to the paid-up format. Anchor investors already pumped 5,985 crore, so it needs 5,015 crore more. I'm sure Adani has good lobbyists and even better clout with politicians and bigwig industrialists, so influencing QIBs to invest this much will be a piece of cake, no matter the rumour about 3,200 crore investment from IHC Abu Dhabi is to be believed or not.

2. Modify the FPO size and therefore the price band too as per SEBI regulations

3. Cancel the issue

If you're smart enough, you already know which option he's gonna take. Either way, keep crowing.

Adani Ports, AWL and Adani Enterprises are the good companies in the group, with genuine businesses .
This issue is a leverage play, apply of you can stay for a year and a half and reap the rewards.
Risk reward ratio is good

Difference is port is good company at good valuation , whereas Wilmar is at 50 % more valuation and adani enterprises is at 300% to 1000% more valuation ....trading at 300+ pe

Ambuja and acc is available at where they were before entry of adani .... So they are good buy below 10 % from this level ( 10 % less as there is negative sentiment currently so take benefit to take entry .. risk he to higher return he )

I see lot of people taking sides of either Adani and Hindenberg to find answers. What surprises me is silence of SEBI and other regulatory authorities even after a week.

hamaare bazaar mein kam se kam 2000 se 3000 stocks bahut, bahut overvalued hain, competitors ki aankhon mein. bichara adani is jaal mein fas gaya. kal shyam tak agar market price mein barabari nahi aayegi price band ke saath, fir shaayad ipo cancel ho jaayega. high valuations investors (fpi, dii, nii, retail investors) ki goodwill ki wajah se shaayad hota hai & yah chalta rahega. buyers ka goodwill

Tomorrow is the last day of this fpo. It have been subscribed just 2% and can't say anything about this fpo. It's just like cricket match and now tomorrow mandatory overs have been left. So anything can happen.
1. Issue may subscribe 2morrow , which may be good 4 everyone.
2. Issue may be delayed and new price.
3. Issue may be postponed, very less probability.
2&3 points may not be good for market as well as everyone & for country.

how it will impact everyone & for country?
not all citizens invest in the market.
adani number 1 ho ya number 100 how does it impact on whole country?

if those allegations are valid then market will show the correct value for all impacting stocks sooner than later for sure.
