It is said in Media Reports that most of Adani's wealth came in the past about 3 years when the Group Stocks rallied fast to become 10 to 15 baggers. If this rally is not supported by fundamentals, the down hill gallop will be even more sharper.

Getting Investors’ confidence back is the most challenging and top priority task for Adani group.
Let’s see what they tackle it now.

Problem here is that hardly you will get person who is not surprised by the phenomenal rise of the Adani group in the recent past. That's why even with the best efforts from the proprietor people are doubtful. Ambani was better placed. Even government is not interested in any intervention... they said that it is purely a market dynamics.. nothing to do with the government.

We can't think beyond a level, the level of knowledge of a common man. Adani's level of thinking must be more as he is in business for several years. Moreover he must be having good team of people who will suggest him what's wrongand what's right. So what Adani is doing, he is right.

People are commenting without reading about the group assets and that the money being raised was used to create assets in various fields esp Infra.
One as an investor has a right to decide whether to put money in a company but just pulling done someone who does invest in some company is not right
I believe in adani enterprise, port and AWL as good companies , and am applying in the FPO with a year and a half as time frame.
Some bets are worth taking, stock markets rewards the daring if you manage the risk.

Last day today. Issue closes advt out without price band change.
In my view They can push issue thru if
1) They drop General corporate use of funds reduces issue size to 15000 crores
2) As per RHP 90% of money for identified project purposes is received i.e. 13,500 crores

They have received 6000 crores for Anchors and IHC commitment of 3300 crores (400 USD million). Beside they have recieved roughly 500 crore subscription. So gap for today is minimum 5,200 crores
Would they get 5,200 crores from all investor classes today?

In case say they get 4000 crores then they have choice to reduce price by Rs 1 and try to fill gap of balance 1200 crores over next 3 days (By friday). Don't see them reducing price in big manner in my view

Thus, this FPO came to increase the retail investor. But by doing this no one seems to come forward...

UPDATE on the #IHC, Abu Dhabi Investment of $400 mn Rs3200cr) DEVIL in the Details. Everyone thinks this is an incremental investment. But as Per Media in Malaysia, this is actually Rs1600cr of which Rs1000 was already part of ANCHOR book announcement earlier 👇🏻

Major concern is Stock manipulation charges. On the face of it many Adani Group stocks still appear overpriced. It is up to the Market Regulator to conduct impartial enquiry by Expert Panel and bring out the truth.

Adani Enterprises FPO last day today. Just keep an eye on QIB. With Abudhabi IHC investment declared yesterday 3200 crore investment, seems FPO will get through with one or more QIB coming forward.

All the hoopla of dubious American Short selling will subside and all the beaten Adani group shares price will increase in future.

Strategy for the day
If it looks like that issue is going through then buy in secondary market for fully paid stocks. Already purchase 20 at average price of 3100 so far which can be further reduced
Wait for partly paid shares to list. they should open at discount of 100-200 rupees. Then swap current holding of fully paid to partly paid (over all further reducing average with same money depoloyed)
Once Bear attack cycle gets over then see an appreciation of 10 to 15 percent from current levels
Tomorrow's budget is expected to be +ve for market. Will look for more bargains in todays market. Yesterday got a bumper boost in a gas trading and logistics company i.e. Aegis. Which i expect should cross Rs 400 say by March 2023

Excellent strategy for the day. Yesterday bought Adani Enterprises at average price of 2800. Still keeping 2021 bought avg buy of 1450.
Time to buy deep
Yesterday also added Ambuja in my portfolio at 395.

It's a general Rule :

If any stock goes down 20% for 2 days , the circuit limit will be revised to 10% , This has happened with 200 stocks in last 15 year.

It can only delay the process... but final outcome will be same... minimum 50% crash...

Havent you seen a guy in your neighbourhood/relatives who has bigger dreams of becoming rich but no real talent / skill to do any business and always does business with others money (including debts).
One would do a business and become successful by putting his talent and hardwork. Or one should be super human or a manipulator to do so many unrelated businesses at a time. He is just acquiring other businesses by taking loans and driving them to losses with poor execution. And getting infra projects with just his good contacts in power.
I believe only his talent is in successful manipulating of his stock prices by leveraging loop holes in the system. Why cannot fundamentals dont apply only to his stocks. Are those businesses using niche technology that disrupt the market to get such exorbitant valuations.

He is in hurry before regime change if he want to do every necessary things in favorite and almost own power & machineries seems

It's testing time for Adanis. Specially tomorrow. A dent in the empire of Group wii never be accepted to Mr. GAUTAM ADANI. All efforts from all sources might have been taken by him to sail through this FPO.
In this effort AEL could get a boost on last day with investments worth about Rs. 9,000 crs. expected from family offices in Dubai and India. A family office is an entity created by high net worth individuals to manage their money related matters including investments.
Time will tell the truth. Whether Mr. Adani will be able to come out from this hard time.
