Friends today is closing date of FPO and tomorrow is Budget. Today also the share price has not match the FPO price of the company. If there comes a situation that after budget the share price of company is down to approx Rs. 2000 per share then then FPO will trade at Approx Rs. 1000 per share which is around 37% discount to FPO price. As per general opinion we must wait and watch as our money is hard earned money. I am not talking any negative about adani group but this time situation is like save money first dont be intrested in earning. I would also say that very tiny group of investors have made money in Adani Group. We always say that do not catch a falling knife.

Yes. you are correct. Also if you see subscription figure retail is not applying. QIB and HNI who can take risk are applying. Most of the QIBs will be long term and they may be applying because of relationship/setting to benefit Adani growth story.
Also don't forget that reliance too had many haters in 1980s. Many people who knows Adani says he is exceptional entrepreneur. Though I am not taking the risk, I hope Adani gets success as their success means infrastructure improvement of our country.

म्यूच्यूअल फंड्स फ़र्ज़ी मे लोगों का पैसा लगा रहे जब सस्ते मे माल उपलब्ध है तो क्यों पैसा इस मे लगा रहे है 250-300 सस्ते मे क्यो डायरेक्ट नही ले रहे समझ से परे है

अगर यह FPO FULLY SUBSCRIBE नहीं हुआ तो अडानी के लिए आगे का समय खतरनाक होगा |
और अगर कहीं यह FULLY SUBSCRIBE हो गया तो निवेशकों के लिए बेहद खतरनाक होगा क्यूंकि अगर आज के Below 3000 के भाव के और इतनी negativity के बाद भी अगर पूरा subscribe हो गया तो समझ लो की गेम बहुत बड़ा ही कर दिया अडानी ने | यह पूरा शेयर मार्किट यानी सबको बर्बाद कर देगा

ये employee क्यो इतना confident दिखा रहे है?अरे हमने तो अपनो ने हि लूटा गेरो में कहा इतना दम था|😄

If this FPO goes through Adani ent. shares will fly. So the difference is going to be covered very soon. Secondly, one is paying half amount now and balance, may be after, one year. If we remember the reliance partially paid shares remained in good demand after closure of offer. So its a mind game. One can think from where our thinking stop

Agree with @ipogyan,those who holding heavy
quantity may reduce their cost of ownership.They may park their funds in fd/debt/hybrid mutualfunds until the call is called.

Weird statement without any logic... why would one apply if they can get the shares from secondary mkt.. Primary mkt se kuch khaas milega kya...

If you are saying that Adani stocks are going to fly then please tell that fly up or fly down. Its not a sensible post to mention that adani stocks are going to fly. Bcoz investment should not be made on your decision or mine opinion. Whenever this kind of situation occurs then we must wait and watch the current situation. SEBI / Govt has not done anything even after 50% erosion. Adani group has replied but we all know the truth of company that It has huge amount of loans and its not a start up company. Its a 3 to 4 decade old company. In FPO even employees portion is not fully subscribed of such a giant company. If employees are not having faith then why are u trying to be confident.

Main motive of fpo is to ensure max retail participates. Here most is picked up by qibs only and many of them could have been holding from low price too.
Lisitng is after 8 days!, those who sold in grey and applied are safe.

If you want to be the winner in the stock market then you should be
W- Wise Irrespective of noise around you should listen to yourself & take other's advice with pinch of salt. I suppose every one is not here to make others number 1, instead we are here to make us number 1.
I- Intelligent You should able to understand the price of the stock & value of stock. Value is a outcome of many things which has to be self learned & price is the just outcome of demand (natural or created) , liquidity & sentiments.
N - No Saying NO to grid, gambling & quick money. No to blind following. Any untoward incidence should not wipe your everything. Some can bear crores but some can sink with lakhs.
