@IPOTraders, the main problem is this is heavily manipulated stock so can go both ways and will not be wise decision to jump in without insider information.

They have achieved their target of 90% subscription with the help their FII and BHNI well wishers and beneficiaries. No bids from Domestic and Mutual Funds. Among HNIs, BHNI 4.11 times and SHNI a mere 0.02 times. Retail 0.1 time. Those SHNI and Retail who applied might have sold in grey when it was active.

I don't understand why QIB and HNI subscribe the issue. Currently it is available below lower band of price from the market. What is the logic behind to block the amount and pay higher from current market price?

May be some under table settings, who knows...

You need to consider the volumes also. You cannot buy 5000Cr worth of shares from the open market. Just an intention to buy these volumes will send the price up multiple times.

One of my friend's view is that "the institutions who have previously invested would possibly put in some more money to keep the stock price from going into further decline. So they are taking a calculated risk by not letting the issue fail. Any prudent investor would do that to help themselves more than to help Adani"

BOA will be super interesting, really curious about who is going FPO route for PP shares when fully paid shares are available for less in the open market.

I suspect in BHNI quota, since there's no upper limit on the bids, it's being managed by few people but struggling in Retail and sHNI due to upper limits on bids.

QIB earlier showed 1.75x. Now less than 1x. Since QIB cant withdraw bids, was this manipulation to ensure that it gets subscribed?

They are selling in other group companies and buying in Adani enterprises to prop up the market price.
Bought enough of ADAENT in market at prices much below discounted FPO issue price and today bought some of the group shares at LC.

Gautam Adani thrown out of elite club of top -10 richest billionaires list. Now is in the 11th slot. May loose more ground.

Available at lower price. Let him be 1st. But we shouldn't loose our funds. Not the only share in the market.

While i am not commenting on share price movement over the period suggested by you, However i am disputing the fact that he did so to come in the list of world's richest. Rather it is a curse. Every one is watching you. Everyone is happier if you fall. So why do it. What is the gain.
In google there is option called News. I saw this matter of his postion getting discussed in weird countries where he does not do any business. Note was simple- Run on world's 3rd largest richest person. Those countries had no Adani products or even projects, so it suggests you come in the eye of people once you climb the ladder

You are right. In my earlier post I had written that when you are in list of richest person in the world you have more enemies than friends.
This principle applies in every field. People are behind you and watching your every moment of life. At the end you are restless inspite of richest in the world.

Yes. All applicants of retail will be given full and balance shares will be given to others as they are buying even without retail discount of Rs 64
