Good Arbitrage opportunity was presented to BHNIs, which I think mostly was used.
Sell in Cash market at ~3000 and subscribe for FPO to get ~1.8 shares at 1638, As partly paid and fully paid will move in tandem, they can get more leverage returns.

Rest will be like a rear view mirror.

When you are certain that paper supply is limited then bid can be high

Good for all as this fpo have been subscribrd at last. Now it's not important that how it's have been subscribed but it's now subscribed that's the final victory for all of us.
1. The participation of retailers is very very less i. e. 11% only. This tells us everything.
2. The employee quota is also not fully subscribed and it's just 55% . This tells us that even employees are not fully confident about their management and avoid the fpo to safeguard their earning.
3. Mostly Gujarat's big business man have subscribed this issue this shows the great unity and concern for Gujarati. Big lesson to all other communities to save & coming forward during their bad time.

Happy to note that this fpo is subscribed to the hilarity of many. The market is saved from bearing the burnt of failure.It's a good escape for today. But I also see the followings :
1.This fpo (pp) was brought mainly to trap new investors (retail & some nii) giving some benefits like lower price, lower payment , rebate etc.
2.Happy to note that the Hindenburg report which is more reliable than not has saved the retailers.
3.Some new investors have entered last three days , making way for the olders.It is a cause of concern as risk is involved in this speculation .
4.Most of the subscription have come from the Adani associates and older bulk investors who want to maintain the trend for which they have tried to defend it at the cost of existing notional gain.
But I think that it is an embankment of sand as because Adani group shares are shattered and difficult to revamp at this point of time.
5 Sucess of any fpo /ipo depends on how it has been able to create interest /sensation in all the investing population of the market. In this case market, at least the larger population has rejected it.
6 In case of a ultra overpriced share, entry of retailers in flocks is required for release of the manipulators /existing high gainers.
7.Adani has failed to achieved what is told in 6&7.So , he is unsuccessful to achieve his goal.
8.whatever little he has got but at the cost of losing a 6 lac cr market cap with a threat of more. What a whimsical decision!

How dip is the expected correction? Many scripts are already corrected by 50% in 3 days and still in LC. Over that budget uncertainty is looming. Can we expect the correction to stabilise in a day or two?
