its a great issue.... grey market premium is Rs. 11 per share.

this will double the money.....

Do not apply for this IPO. This is fraud. 6 crores Rs. ke liye koi ipo nikalta hain kya..if the owner is confident, banks can finance him..why ipo?

No revenue projection is possible for this co......Dont go by issue price of rs.12........100% surety of loosing money...... Balance if any operators play mischief then no expert can predict that.......So simply stay away...."bloated equity hardly any revenue" is this ipo
