​@amitfzd If you applied 50000 shares i.e. 50 lots it is not retail category, it is NII (non retail) category

Non retail category cannot be withdrawn, but you can modify only to increase the lot.

If you wish to delete or withdraw, you can apply one more 1 lot application with same PAN number, so both application stands rejected. BUT funds will be released post allotment date.

Yes you can sell on listing day, but you have to sell it in multiple of lots i.e. 1000, 2000, 3000, .....

I did a simple calculation checking the BOA of deepak chemtex. The probability seems to be very similar, no significant advantage.

In 35 lot application you may get 0 or 1 lot
In 15 and 20 lot application you may got 0 or 1 or 2 lot.
Your money your choice.

@ashish.jain Better to go with 2 application of same lot. I recommend 2 applications of 16 lot each. 17 or 18 lots may not have enough application count to qualify for lottery.
