Off topic query regarding IPO Listing:

I went through the following article:

Couldn't understand the following paragraph properly:

Steps to buy/sell IPO shares in pre-open market on the day of listing:
"If listing price is equal to or higher than the price at which you wish to buy/sell in the pre-open market, the order will be executed at the listing price. "

What happens in following scenarios: (order gets executed or not)
a) Buy order: listing price equal to or more than buy order price
b) Buy order: listing price less than buy price
c) Sell order: listing price equal to or more than sell order price
d) Sell order: listing price less than sell price

As I understand it, order gets executed in (c) scenario (personally experienced it), but not clear about other two.

Also if order gets executed in (a) as mentioned in reference, won't it result in expensive deal for buyer ??

Can somebody explain please.

Probably record amount by QIB in SME IPO.
I think Accent Microcell received 1700 CR while this one received 1900 cr.

​@SuryaInd Yes, you can sell on listing day. And, i am sure you know that you have to sell in lots, you cannot sell a few shares..
