Please dont apply for this IPO as better housing companies are available such as Repco Home Finance, GIC housing finance etc and they are trading at good valuations in secondary market. These guys just want to make legal looting of money from public by bringing IPO at sky high valuations. let us remind the companies and their investment bankers that 2017 is over and global liquidity is drying up. so guys (public) please be very cautious. Tougher times coming ahead.So be choosy when putting your hard earned money in markets.
If price is fix 800 then its price to book value more than 6 times. Then it is costly. 400 Cr. Fresh issue and 1.6 Cr. share for OFS. Somebody saying ipo size is 1800 Cr.
If IPO size is Rs 1800/- crores than (Rs 1800 crores - Rs 400 crores ( fresh issue) = Rs 1400/- crores to be collected by selling 1,62,49,359 shares. That means Rs 1400 crores ÷ 16249359 = Rs 861.5 approx. So IPO price band may be between Rs 850-860.
