Reminisence of Aashka Hospitals also of Gujarat, still fresh in memory.
Aashka Hospitals showed revenue of 40 cr and Profit of 4+ Cr in the year of IPO. Yet it proved to be a wealth destroyer. Though it came at an expensive price, did not get good subscriptions n had to extend dates multiple times, but then at that time SME didnt used to see high subscriptions. DD also gave same recommendations of "May Apply"
This may be a different company coming at a better price point. But valuations and future seems risky. Rising debts, low margins and influx of large corporate hospitals in Tier 2 and 3 cities will pose a challenge to its growth prospects and profitability. Yet may apply depending on subscription figure just for short term or listing pop. For long term in this sector, better to invest in large corporate hosp group which are all aggressively expanding its footprints.

Most of the expert group members here have given apply ratings. Hope HNI crosses 50x-100x. Thats the least for any confidence considering absence of any good IPO clashing with it.

Overall subscription is good. No need to worry

Issue not displaying in HDFC ASBA Netbanking. They used to have a 04 PM cut-off for retail. Has it changed?

yes, they have changed it for SME - which is now 3 PM.

For Maninline Retail its 4 PM, and HNI is 3

Have one more option to apply through HDFC Securities (3 in 1) but I'm always circumspect because of a ton of glitches and unfriendly service.

Just like to ask do HDFC securities (3 in 1 ) allow selling SME (Both BSE and NSE) on the listing day? or not?

Please guide so that I can make the decision.

In the case of retail getting more number of times subscribed, final allotment to both retail and NII will be as per overall subscription for the IPO.
E.g. retail 40 times NII 20 times overall IPO 30 times
Then allotment to NII and retail will be as per thirty times subscription and not as per their respective quota subscription

@GrayIsTheNewBlack  @Hope is life I had applied through ASBA physical application at the bank. Have been allotted several times on same a/c earlier.( last before May)
The applications have been through Bank of Maharashtra. a/c
just check aatmaj ....I got an allotment in Aatmaj also through same a/c.

So puzzled whether deciding the status of joint a/c applicant as a third party applicant in an IPO is at the discretion of the Bank, registrar or someone else....Whom should I take up the issue bank or someone else?

Net profit has increased from loss of 27 lakhs in Fy20 to Profit of ~8 Cr in Fy23.

The Operating Profit Margin (OPM) of Aatmaj is the highest.

@A.A Have you applied some ipo from minor account. Because I contacted hdfc person both from savings account and dmat dept but they don't have any idea about this.
