Grey transactions are between two person who have full trust in each other as no written agreement is there

Mostly, all local brokers do this. You may contact any share broker (local) , not the online ones. If you don’t know any such broker personally, try to find some one known who has dealing with some local share brokers (or for that matter only sub broker of a big Broking company ).
