"No mutual funds have applied through any schemes." It is clearly written over there. It is a negative listing candidate mainly because of decreasing revenue and PAT as well as low promoter holding. I don't know how they manage to keep GMP at 40%; it may be fake. It is clearly an avoidable candidate. Sir is trying to save people who go by GMP.

Also, negative google reviews, income tax raid, decreasing promoter holding in star housing finance continuously qoq, double pe compared to peers, promotion by new members, fishy numbers. Sir has indirectly informed us and cant say directly as many HNIs are invested in preipo. There are many good ipos currently. Better to avoid this one.

So it is a last day, last hour candidate for me as so many RedFlag's are given like DD sir review, Newgen sir valid inputs and Ur good point about MFs not participating. So last day last hour after seeing QIB and NIIs subscription one may go only for listing gains but not for investment.
