@GJ Eighteen This gang has been playing at Sakar Bazaar for the past decade; you will need more connections to reach out to these people. And it doesn't matter if it's a good or terrible place; insiders always play in bad areas because the public doesn't expect large grey suadas to happen here.

Muthoot Subsidiary Belstar files DRHP today but No shareholders quota was mentioned.

Is there Still any scope or remote possibility of SH qouta in it before the IPO?

Has it ever happened before there is No SH quota in DRHP but added later by addendum?
