Dear Sir,
This is regarding the IPO of A2Z MAINTENANCE & ENGG LTD which opened on 8/12/2010 & closing today 10/12/2010. As the issue got subscribe to 4 times in HNI category on the first day. But today upto 2PM the issue subscribed to 1.04 times, But at 3 PM it subscription decreased to 0.53 times almost major HNI withdrew there APPLication.
I think there were some insider subscriber who got subscribe the issue with the intension cheating the small investor. Once the issue got subscribe they withdrew there application.

I request the SEBI official to investigate the matter that who were those HNI & why they withdrew at the last moment it is in the welfare of the small investor who are losing there hard earned money in this type of IPO .

Please withheld this IPO & if found guilty please ban this issue permanently.

कल बंद हुए दोनों आईपीओ फ्लॉप शो साबित हुए हैं। राकेश झुनझुनवाला की मौजूदगी के बावजूद एटूजेड मेंटेनेंस का आईपीओ महज 96 फीसदी ही भरा है।

मजेदार बात ये है कि दोपहर तक एटूजेड मेंटेनेंस का आईपीओ पूरा भर गया था लेकिन बाद में निवेशकों ने अपनी अप्लिकेशन वापस ले ली है। इस इश्यू में सबसे ज्यादा भरोसा एचएनआई ने दिखाया है।

एचएनआई का हिस्सा 3 गुने से ज्यादा भरने में कामयाब रहा। क्यूआईबी और रिटेल निवेशकों ने इश्यू में कोई खास रुझान नहीं दिखाया। क्यूआईबी का हिस्सा जहां 70 फीसदी सब्सक्राइब हुआ वहीं रिटेल कोटा 33 फीसदी भरा। आपको बता दें कि ये वही इश्यू है कि जिसके साथ बिग बुल राकेश झनझुनवाला सीधे तौर पर जुड़े हैं।

एटूजेड मेंटेनेंस के सामने रवि कुमार डिस्टिलियरीज के आईपीओ को निवेशकों से थोड़ा अच्छा रिस्पांस मिला। कंपनी का आईपीओ 2.25 गुना सब्सक्राइब हुआ। कंपनी में क्यूआईबी ने कोई दिलचस्पी नहीं दिखाई और इस हिस्से के लिए एक शेयर की एप्लीकेशन भी नहीं आई।

हालांकि एचएनआई और रिटेल निवेशकों ने आईपीओ में जमकर निवेश किया। इस आईपीओ का एचएनआई कोटा करीब दो गुना सब्सक्राइब हुआ जबकि रिटेल निवेशकों ने 75 फीसदी हिस्से के लिए बोली लगाई।

The promoters of this issue should be ashamed about the fact that when an issue like Ravikumar distilleries sails through, this one finds QIB and Retail investors not applying even 1 time and one quarter of the NII withdrawing on the final day. They should understand that retail investors are not fools to go blindly by a name called Jhunjhunwala whatever be the price.

If by mistake somebody has put money in A2Z IpO kindly stop their respective cheques or let it get bounce. Dont let your hard earned money fall in this kinda ipo. Its totally fake & wiould be negative on initial listing.

My fair value of a2z is 180-250 max......

Rakesh jhunjhunawala cheater hum logon ko a2z ka ipo 400rs mein bech raha tha.
par gayi harami ke pet pelaat. bechare ko waise bhi LIC, deltacorp aur titan mein achha loss ho raha hai.
Hence he thought to compensate it by fooling retail investor.

Goood job done friends, don't fall in such trap.

Hi Friends,

Sebi should have made the rule for maximum limit vairable.
e.g. if issue size is approx3000cr or more than this,then max limit for retails should be upto 2L.
However,if issuesize is less than 3000cr then maximum limit should be upto 1L only.

Why not these Boardmembers understand simple logic?

I think there is no information about extension or price revision about A2Z. So they have sailed through with the money invested I guess.

In secondary market, I bought SBI, REC and TVSmotor. I still hold LIC.

SEBI and CBI ko is baat ki inquri karni chahi ki kal tak kaun desh ka gaddar public ko ullo bananay kay liya HNI ban kar issue ko fargi subscribe kar raha tha and aj apni last time pay bid cancel kar li.

public ne a2z company walo operator ko share grey market me high premium me sold kar diye, sara maal company circle ke paas hi hai.

ye public hai sub janti hai !!!!!!!

Rakesh Jhunjhunwalah could not sell his name properly. They would not have expected this to happen to the market when the pricing was determined.

the thing which was disgusting was that he boasted that he was selling only 4% of his initial holding but he was also removing his initial entire investment his rest of the holding would become free now after selling his 4% stake at a high premium

Did intra day trading in Axis Bank, Biocon, BGR Energy, DB Realty, Eros, Hanung Toys, IRB Infra and Shree Renuka. Only when I was sure of the market's up move, I entered.
Result: Gain in all except SBI where my stop loss got hit intra day and DB Realty.
Also did mock trading in BHEL, LIC Housing, ICICI Bank and PNB. How good it would have been had they been real!

I think this IPO will just sail through with the support of HNIs.
